Ladies is the best water for your hydrated skin, best water if you’re in healthcare I recommend drinking 2 to 4 LTR a day your skin will love you and thank you. I highly recommend this product. I order about four cases a month.

This water is a little less expensive than Smart Water. Smart water tastes better. However, I use flavors that are sugar fee in water to enhance the taste in order to drink more so it really doesn’t matter that the taste is not as good. Smart water just seems smoother without the flavor added.I will continue to use this water.
