Jeff Nathan Panko - Kosher For Passover (Gluten Free, Plain, 3-Pack)

If you must have the gluten free, these bread crumbs do the job. I flavor my bread crumbs with herbs and parm cheese so as far as taste is considered, these are fine. As for texture, I made chicken wings in the oven with them and the breaded coating didn't crisp up as nicely as I would have liked. With gluten free, texture is always tricky. I served a big family dinner for visiting relatives and they did go over pretty well based on how many of them were eaten!

I love these gluten free breadcrumbs for recipes! I use them in meatballs, meatloaf, breading for mozzarella sticks and chicken tenders and they work great every time! I have bought them several times and will continue as they make cooking gluten free from scratch easy and still tastes good!

Great tasting gluten free alternative. My husband and son like these better then regular bread crumb. When used for frying, they come out very crispy. They do not retain crispiness when reheated...but most bread crumb do not. They are "plain" so you can season them to your liking or just use them the way they are. I have also ground them into a finer crumb to use in place of regular bread crumb and they work out just great as well. They are are gluten free bread crumb of choice

Good product. It made great chicken parmesean last night. But I noticed it looked just like crumbled gluten free crackers. I do that anyway. Lol! But it's nice having them already crumbled. I just store in my freezer in between uses. I have a family of 5 and got two big meals out of this can. And then some. So you could probably get 3 meals if you aren't as sloppy as me! Ha ha

This gluten-free panko is terrific! It tastes great, and it makes great breading. I add a little vegetable oil, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder to the panko, mix well, dip chicken or fish into the panko mix, and bake at 375F for 20-30 minutes depending on thickness. Works amazingly every time!

This proved to be a very tasty product. Nice crunch. We bought it to satisfy the requirements of some finicky dinner guests, but were very pleased with the outcome (stuffed roasted tomatoes - quite yum!).

My kids, family love it esp on chicken. It's not finely ground which gives a nice texture on cooked meats. The smell is pleasantly seasoned but not overly so.It's gone up by five dollars since I purchased it 5 months ago and paying over a dollar an ounce is ridiculous.I'm on my way to find a place that sells it cheaper or a recipe I can make myself.

I use panko for fried foods, so I want the crumbs to adhere to the food, and to be crisp when fried. These are too big to adhere, even with egg--they just clump. And when fried, they just get harder, NOT CRISP. Ian's is MUCH better. This is more like kitty litter than crumbs. Awful.
