I'm 5'5 bench is set pretty high... but great quality bench.
This weight bench is great quality everything is solid and sturdy. Instructions were pretty straight forward but the packaging was exceptional. The small parts, bolts, washers, and nuts, were all vacuum sealed with a cardboard backing that had everything labeled and organized. It really saved time and energy. You're going to need an adjustable wrench or a socket wrench to do the job.It does come with 3 allen wrenches. Most of the nuts were 16mm, There was one point I used a 19mm socket for one of the longer carriage bolts. The instructions were very straightforward, once you got past the initial shock of how many parts there were. My only gripe for this bench press is that I'm 5'5 and the bench sits high. I expected this to be a "problem" and weighed the pros and cons. The squat rack and 2 piece design, with separate incline bench for this price was worth that problem, but just to clarify for anyone else. If your 5'6 or below your going have trouble getting comfortable setting the balls of your feet on the ground. You're feet will touch the ground but your knees will most likely be set lower than your hips (lower than you're most likely used to) so it might feel a little awkward. I personally just step on a set of 45lb dumbbells to adjust my posture, which works for me. Anyways the rack itself is great I love the height adjustment for the catches. The screw tightened knobs are spring loaded halfway which is great for on the fly adjustments, saves time, and energy. You don't have to completely unscrew it out to adjust the height every time, loosen up 4 or 5 turns... yank the knob... adjust and tighten and you're good to go. The incline adjustment pivots on the bench are strong. All the joints are riding on pretty solid carriage bolts. I personally sprayed them with WD-40 but it's not really necessary. One thing about the design, the curling bar specifically the arm pad design seems forced... I looked at it and figured a guy in the engineering department decided to slap it on there as one last added feature because it would work. Which it does, it's nice but as I was finishing up setting this up those 2 things left me scratching my head. The quality of everything else is great then you see the arm pad height adjustment screw knob, which is literally is just a screw unlike the spring loaded ones in the rack. The knob on it is obnoxiously awkward it rubs against the seat it does really seem like the design was forced, along with the pin that actually secures the curling bar. (I was finishing up assembly and realized that pin was there wondering to myself, "What the f*** is this?" I thought I skipped something but soon realized what it was. Neither of these 2 take away quality of the bench. Quite frankly, you could use it without the arm pad and curling bar. The leg developer and inclining bench are still phenomenal build-wise and work very well and you do have the option of using the curling bar if you choose.

A good bench
I bought the two-piece option 10 years ago. I honestly forgot it came with a rack for the bar and holder for weights. I use the bench with a Valor fitness power rack I bought on Amazon as well. This bench is great because it does so many things in my small home gym. I can use it for bench, dumbbell bench, incline, db incline, preacher curls, leg curls, leg extensions, nosebreakers, and more. I can even do decline bench and decline db bench if I want as it will negative incline. I can also attach the preacher curl attachment backwards, put my legs over it and hook my ankles under the leg curl pads to do situps when it is declined. I'm about to go work some nose breakers now and I was just looking at this bench thinking I should give it 5 stars. I consider it to be a good value for a home gym. It is fairly stable, the height is good. I think if you wanted to use it to step on and off it may be a little wobbly for something like that if you don't do it at the top. My ceiling height is too low for that in my basement gym. It is a bit large, but it is easy enough to pick up and move around. It does not fold up at all.

Honest Review
This bench is amazing at its cost. Good squat rack and bench. It wobbles a little which worried me at first but 2 months in it hasnt failed me once. There is NO DECLINE SETTING, you slide right off and even if you didnt the rack is too far away for you to even reach the bar at that level. The preacher curl pad is good, but when u try to use an Ez bar or barbell instead of the attachement you hear the wood start to crackle. This scared me so i only use the attachment since im pretty sure itll break in half. Leg curls and leg extentions are done with no problem, the pads are very soft. The rack is just a tad bit too close together. Im 5'9 and my grip is a little wide on the bench press and i sometimes worry that my hands will get pinched when trying to rack the weight, its happened to me a few times so i shortened my grip which wasnt a problem, but if you have long arms im not sure this would work. My bar rests with about an inch of space between the knurl marks for reference. The rack is not connected to the bench which is cool because you can have more flexibility with your workout. The weight plate racks on the sides that hold the weights ALWAYS come off its incredibly annoying. I use it to hold my 25lb plates and when i decide to take the last 25lb plate off it just pulls the entire holder off completely. Very comfortable bench, it is soft and firm. The bench does NOT go at a 90 degree angle. Youre looking at maybe 105-115 degrees. You can still do shoulder press movements but you wont be at a 90 degree angle is all im saying. It took me about 2 hours to assemble but its been worth it. I paid $130 for this bench but i can see paying $180 as still being a good value for all that you get in this package. Im frequently using 225lbs on this thing with no problems. If you bench 300+ and squat 400+ I DONT KNOW if i would trust it. But if youre just starting to lift or you want to stay in shape, rehabing an injury, need weights but youre not strong enough to even think about using 300+ lbs then this is a good investment in your health.

Not everything works the same for everyone but this is perfect for me…so far haha
(Okay so the video has been stuck on 5mins left for awhile now so I’ll try to add it later on) So I saw quite a few bad reviews but with Amazon and just in general any products they have bad reviews or good reviews I take them with a grain of salt Because where one product works for you it may not for others simply because everyone is different so I wanted to give my honest review of it so far. When I was looking around at the other bench sets like this I honestly didn’t like them and what they offered this one caught my eye and I looked at the reviews and I looked at it in the pictures and videos that people posted. Like I said I took them all with a grain of salt but I am around 180 pounds and about 5ft8in so I felt as if this would be a good thing to try out and see if it works for me. In the pictures I have the one on the right is at the highest setting and the one on the left is the lowest. Which the highest setting reaches above my ears so nearly as tall as me(5ft8in). So far so good. I have not received my bar so I haven’t been able to test out the bench presses but for the leg lifts and what they call preacher curls I have been able to work out with ease in the comfort of my own home. The padding for the preacher curls and the leg lifts are extremely comfortable in my opinion but because of the construction of that section I could easily see it would be not that hard to upgrade if those are a problem for you or me in the future. The padding that you rest your arms on when doing the preacher curls is also very comfortable and is adjustable just like pretty much everything else on this set. The back rest does not go fully straight up and down but it does go completely flat so it does not have a decline but it does have an incline. I have not been able to test out the set with bench presses Because I have not received my bar yet which will most likely be here tomorrow. And after some good use out of it I will update my review. Just as I said nothing works the same for everyone so I will mention that the seat base is not the biggest but for me it is perfect. My tailbone is parallel with the back of the seat base so when I do leg lifts and lean back on the back rest it is very comfortable for me. Since I’m learning I have been watching videos on how to properly bench press with a bar I had to try out the position while laying flat on the bench and my feet just barely plant firmly on the ground. Now when I say this I like to mention that I have not worked out in a while so if I stretched pre-workout I’m pretty sure I’d be able to comfortably reach the ground but just in case I have extra puzzle pieces of the floormat to add some extra height to make it more comfortable and safe. Overall this is a purchase I do not regret (so far) and I hope I can get many years of use out of this. Since I’ve been using the curls and leg lifts I have already been feeling and seeing “gains”. I get free returns on Amazon so to me it did not hurt to try it out and see if it works for me and so far it does indeed. Side note: I also got my weights, gloves, clips and flooring on Amazon. The weights I got from “Hulkfit”, the gloves I got from “Simari fitness gear”, the clips I got from “Day 1 fitness” and the flooring I got from “ProsourceFit”. (Also got the bar which is supposed to here tmr which is from “Sporzon!”)

Satisified
I like this set VERY much. It wasn't super hard to assembly, maybe 2 hours for 1 person. Quality of construction is good. It works well. I use it regularly and am VERY happy with it. Strong enough for everything I want to do. I LOVE that it has the leg extensions and the curl bar attachments. So versatile! The only constructive feedback would be to add a fourth leg to the bench in the front, instead of 3 legs. Although it's rarely an issue, I do feel the tilt of the bench in the front every once in a while when I get up, since it sits on 3 legs. 4 legs would give more stability. But, again, I rarely experience this. One other thing to mention: my 5' bench press bar fits on the stand a little funny, because my bar's ends are kind of weird. I wish I had gotten a 6' bar, so that it fit better in the stand. Not a huge deal, but worth mentioning that I would recommend 6' bar. Overall, this was a super great buy. I am really, really happy with it

Very happy with this, so far...
Got this weight bench a couple of weeks ago. So far, it is great (had to buy weights and a 7 foot barbell (see links, below)). For my use, actually for my teenage son's use, it is perfect. I just got all the weights so I am typing this after testing the various exercises (press (3 positions), preacher curls, legs (front and back), squats) and I am sweaty and dizzy!! My son is younger and in shape from soccer so he is laughing at me -- I sit in front of a computer 10 hours per day! The directions were ok, just a list of numbered parts with counts (count all your physical parts first, before assembling anything) and various pictures (schematics) showing the assembled piece and all the parts that make up that piece, then a schematic of the entire product with all the numbered parts. The instructions have you build each piece in order, which is good. But it is up to you to figure out the order in which each numbered part is used... not too difficult. I put the whole thing together using a 5/8 socket and an adjustable wrench (I think there was one bolt that required an 11/16 socket). Having a second wrench handy helped when I needed some leverage (one time, I think). Required allen wrenches are included with the parts. Here are a couple of things that caused me some extra time, hope this helps someone. There are two pamphlets that come with this product. One shows each part, its number, and the quantity you should have of that part. The other includes a list of parts by part number, and each part quantity. I referenced the pamphlet 1 first and counted the parts. Two errors I found in the instructions: There are 2 posts that hold the barbell, left and right. Pamphlet 1 lists them as 2 separate items, numbers 1 and 53. It shows that you should have 2-#1s and 1-#53. But pamphlet 2 shows 1 of each. Being that I performed my count of parts off of pamphlet 1, I thought I was missing a part. But only 1-#1 and 1-#53 are needed. Pamphlet 2 shows that there are parts 20-25 and 47 & 49. Pamphlet 1 does not show these parts. The full schematic shows these parts as being used. They are not used. You are not missing them. I am real happy with the complete set: Bench is great, barbell/weights (purchased elsewhere) are great. I was concerned about getting the right barbell because some folks asked about using a 5 or 6 foot barbell. You really should have a 7 foot barbell. When purchasing a product that requires multiple components I have always wanted someone to post what they did to successfully put together the complete product. Here are links to where I got the barbell and weights (best prices I could find, solid product): CAP Barbell 2" Olympic Black ECO Bar, 7' https://www.walmart.com/ip/27137946 Golds Gym 2" Grip Plate (various colors, weight): I got black color, 4 each of 25lb, 10lb, and 5lb: https://www.walmart.com/ip/16622470 CAP Barbell 2" Chrome Spring Clip Collar, Pair https://www.walmart.com/ip/12517110 I had some relatively minor issues getting all the weights when they were promised but, with a couple of phone calls, everything got here and it was only a week or so delay. The bench (from Amazon) arrived exactly on time. There are a few scuff marks on the black frame but nothing that is a problem. I rely heavily on comments when I purchase on-line. I hope commenting my experience helps someone. I've only had the product for a couple of weeks and I am 100% happy with everything. If anything changes I will post an update.

Great home weight bench
I got this bench on a Amazon warehouse deal for $114. At that price it would be 5 stars but since in tends to normally go for closer to $300 I give it 4 stars. Even though I purchased it fully aware it wouldn't be in perfect condition it was in surprising good shape when it arrived. That was kinda shocking because the boxes were in shambles. Other than some paint scuffs it was in perfect shape. I really like it so far, it's no commercial bench but very sturdy. Some cons are the bench is kinda wobbly do to the fact there is no stabilizing bar across the bottom front. Also I'm not too crazy about the adjustment bolts on the rack, I would have much preferred the kind that slide all the way through and are more sturdy and faster to adjust. Also there is no safety spotters, and one last thing is it doesn't have a decline position I was not aware of that when I made my purchase. It is nice that it has the teeth on the bench adjustments as I feel that they are much stronger than other designs. I picked this one over the Gold's Gym XRS 20 and I'm not unhappy with my decision, but the XRS 20 has spotters and declines so if I had paid full price for this bench I probably would have regretted it. All in all this is a great piece of equipment for someone wanting to pump alittle iron at home.

Great home gym bench
Great set for the price. The bench is separate from the weight stand, so it gives you some versatility. The weight rack is not very heavy, so I take care replacing heavy weight as I fear it could tip if I slammed the bar, but I typically work out alone so tend to be cautious. Putting some weights on the storage posts helps stabilize it. I have extended the arms up pretty high for squat workouts and have not had a problem. The pad for the preacher curl had a defect. Called the manufacturer and they replaced it with no problem, which I really appreciated (I think they said 2 year warranty, but could just be 1 year. Be sure to register so you get covered). Bench is adjustable so you can do incline as well as decline, and bench felt good and sturdy in all positions. Since it isn't connected to the rack you can use it for dumbbell presses. The width is about right too. Some benches I find annoying as one shoulder blade is off the bench while the other is on. This one fits both nicely. The leg extension/curl component works better than I expected. All in all I'm really happy with this bench. For your average home user I think it would be hard to beat the quality for the price. Assembly was pretty straightforward.

Excellent Addition To Your Home Gym
I am very pleased with the versatility of my bench. It was easy to assemble and seems to be very sturdy. The bench inclines easily and feels solid. Leg extensions and curls are very easy to do as well. The preacher curl pad and handle are removable making it easier to do other exercises. The squat rack is well designed and separate from the bench again adding versatility to the set up. I was fortunate to buy it on sale and it's an excellent addition to my home gym.

Buena calidad-precio

Easy and great for home gym
I have a basement apt and wanted to be able to workout in my living room yet not be bogged down with a lot of gear that took up so much room. The rack and seat are easy to put together with a few tools, instuctions are good enough. It is sturdy and although not gym grade will do very well for home gym applications. The bottom seat portion was a bit off alignment but not enough to make a real difference. But it wasn't completely straight. Easy enough to put together with a lot of options in how you want to set it up. Nice having it in two pieces so you can adjust distance and useablity better. I would recommend this for any home gym use! I would buy again...and the price was good too!

Decent versatile bench.
I am only using the bench, I bench inside a squat rack with safety pins. This bench was cheaper than the one that didn't come with the bench rack or have the preacher curl attachment. For reference I am ~6'1 and 175-180 lbs. 23 inch thighs (for leg spacing on leg attachments). It can be a little tippy when doing heavy leg extensions, if I do around 80-90 lbs there's no issue. This probably changes depending on your weight, center of gravity and counter balance, etc. It can also be tippy if you are sitting at the end and set one dumbbell down on the floor, you might tip a little to the heavy side. If you have plates to spare throwing a couple 45s on the back legs keeps it from tipping when doing leg extensions with the back up or preacher curl. I am able to comfortably leg curl/extension on this without issue. I don't have issues with the spacing. When doing leg curls the inner pads kind of dig into the quads just above the knee a little, but its more annoying than painful. If your legs are bigger this might not feel too good. There are two placement options for the leg curl in case you are a little shorter. I have not tried to do single leg curls/extensions so I am not sure how well it works for this. It comes with 2" collars but i don't even use them with the leg pin because it angles up. The angle might make a olympic 45lb plate hit your shins/knees, but just put a smaller plate first to space it out. The seat doesn't incline so doing incline bench press you really have to use leg drive to push back or load up a few plates on the leg extension and press out against that. Same thing with decline bench/ab stuff. The bench does not incline to 90* so you cant really do supported shoulder pressing on it. You pretty much cant decline without putting weight on the leg pin; otherwise, you are wasting a lot of effort just to keep from sliding down the bench. This could have been avoided if there was some way to secure the leg extension to the support leg. The most I've benched on this so far is 200 lbs and it felt sturdy, no rocking or tipping. Flat, decline, incline all feel sturdy enough. The preacher curl works great. The 3 leg design is not the best idea but as long as you aren't massive, or trying to leg extension or preacher curl weight that exceeds your ability to counterbalance its not that big of a problem. Stability has not been an issue for benching exercises. There were a few minor quality issues like scraped paint and one of the back brace bars was a little bent and was kind of hard to put the back support on. The instructions aren't great though I pretty much didn't follow them. If you're handy its kind of hard to mess up. All in all its not a bad bench. It is functional and offers the ability to do several exercises, with olympic plates. Really can't ask for much more right now.
