I love this rumba. I tried a different brand that mops and vacuums, what a bust. This is great, I pick up the hamper, and scales in the bathroom - leave the throw rugs this little guy has no problem finding it's way on top of thin or thick rugs - turn it on and let it get to work. It turns itself off when it's finished and still has enough juice to take on the bedroom carpet. I have two large, long haired dogs, the filter catches the dander while the under machine brushes pic up the hair. I don't bother with the schedule as I am retired. All in all you simply cannot beat the robot cleaning power of a rumba. Reliable, efficient and long lasting power. You will not be disappointed, customer service on line for this baby is always available - professional, caring and oh so helpful,

I LOVE this vacuum. We have two large dogs and I was previously sweeping/vacuuming their hair/tracked in dirt every day. Now I don't have to sweep/vacuum at all as the robot does it for me! I do have to empty the filter frequently but it is so worth it. The vacuum really gets every corner, edge, spot, etc.However, I would say that the mop feature isn't fantastic but it works. Its easier for me to just swiffer mop myself though.Either way, this is a must get.

Great little vacuum for the money. Does fine on small pile carpet and laminate. Gets itself stuck in weird places making for a game of hide and seek when you get home, otherwise great.

Great little vacuum, so much so that I bought a second one for upstairs.

Update:Co sent me new one, now this one wont charge either!!The company immediately responded and is going to send a new one.Apparently they have a new and improved model.They are smart enough to wanting to hear what corrections or upgrades the public would like to see.I suggested witty phrases telling what its doing.Right now..its creepy the way it sounds like Jeannie from the show 'I dream of Jeannie'It calls me master.Weird.I mentioned the complaints as I read them on here, and threw in my own.That filter falling out thing SUCKS!!Let's see what the new model has to offer!For the price range it was great. Until it wasn't. No longer charges. Just prior to it no longer charging it began to lose suction. I'm disappointed because i really liked it when it worked.

My husband says this is the best item I have ever ordered from Amazon. Would give 10 stars if I could!

Since this is my first try at a robot vacuum I don't know if its just this unit or if all have the same shortcomings. Battery life is about an hour before it redocks so not too bad. It seems to clean the same areas over and over. Most of the time I have to move it manually from room to room because it will clean the same room over and over. The mopping is pretty useless, I might try putting in some pinesol with the water next time. Be careful of wires and high shag rugs, because it will get wrapped up in it and you will be replaces the spinning brushes.

Great product. Easy to use and works on all flooring types.
