Fantastic heat output
This is a very stylish looking, solidly built heater. Bought for our summer house just to take the chill off those cold nights. Surprisingly it gets the whole place toasty warm, the heat output is fantastic, and its very quite due to not having a fan. Very easy to set up, easy to use temperature dial and digital display on the front, gives off a nice heat (not too dry like some fan heaters).Would highly recommend this heater

Decent but uses a lot of electricity (Cost estimate below)
This heater is very stylish, especially compared to the competition which are very ugly. The clean white design should go into any room nicely. We primarily bought it as a way to dry clothes on a rack and to keep our lounge warm without having to turn on the entire heating in our flat. However, after two months of running the heater every day (turning off at night) I was shocked when I saw my electricity bill had rocketed to 3 times normal (I compared my bills with the same period the year before). Based on some loose calculations, I would estimate it ended up costing roughly £60-65 a month (approx £2 a day) to keep this running during the day for about 10 hours. As an experiment, the following month I decided to not use the heater except for a few hours a week to dry clothes and instead use the gas central heating to stay warm - the electricity bill came down substantially (confirming my suspicions) and the gas bill was higher but gas is only 1/4 price of electricity so net it was much cheaper. So it puts me in an odd situation - as an item the Mill heater looks good, does what it says and is very easy to use and should fit with the decor of any room. But I cannot justify it costing £2 a day just to heat up a single room - together with the substantial cost of the heater, it works out very expensive. If you purchase, just be aware that this will serve its purpose to heat up a single room well or add extra heat to another room but it is not a cost effective replacement if you want to use it every day for long periods.

Amazingly good
I think these heaters are amazing, we have bought 2 now for our flat. Set stat at 20c and forget them. So much better than storage heaters and lot cheaper to run. Only paying for heat when we need it. The heaters look so smart compared to other oil filled radiators.

Ok
It obviously looks nicer than a regular oil filled radiator, but it’s literally just a normal oil radiator encased in a nice looking box . It does look nice though

Works well and good looking product
I’ve seen a few negative comments about the operation of the thermostat but some of these are probably specific to the use / expectation of the buyer. We have a very large open plan room which for most of the year is served well by our central heating system. We also have a very large bifold door along one wall and when it is very cold outside the room can get cold around this area. We bought the oil filled radiator as a supplement to our heating and have to say it works perfectly for us making the room feel nice and warm even when it is below freezing outside. The product looks much smarter than other similar products and once you have set up the timer and thermostat operates perfectly. We are very satisfied.

Looks good but poor performance
The heater is really nice looking but just doesn't seem to provide adequate heat output. It hasn't proved capable of heating our medium sized conservatory to a comfortable temperature and we've had to revert back to the old Delonghi convection heater the Mill was bought to replace. It also gives off an unpleasant acrid smell when in use, which we thought would 'burn' off with time but which was still noticeable after several weeks usage
