Fun for everyone! Awesome service!
We purchased TWO sets of "Power Tag Infrared Laser Tag Gun & Glove Set – for Kids & Adults – 6 Player Pack with 4 Guns and 2 Battle Blasters – Infrared -1mW" by Power Tag for our children as a shared gift for Christmas. The packages came via prime and the guns were excellently wrapped individually inside a cardboard carry case.We received a total of 8 guns and 4 arm blasters. I did NOT want, nor purchase, the wearable shields. That's like...cheating. Additionally, I have found game play to last a decent amount of time without the additional protection and feel like wearable things will get clunky and become a hassle with kids. (Though I'm sure they'd all want one because they look cool)Each weapon takes 4 AA batteries that are NOT INCLUDED! Each set uses 24 batteries. I would recommend investing in rechargeable batteries as the Power Tag company claims the guns last 3 hours. We have yet to change our batteries though and have had multiple days of use in short increments. Our children, aged 5, 6, 6, 9, & 10, LOVE it! Once everyone was shown how everything worked they were ready to go! Inside the box is a link to their website with great tutorial videos on how to get started. We played around the house testing them out and most of the time they stood in a circle just quick drawing as fast as they could. We finally got outside this last weekend (hello WI) and invited our neighbors with children, aged 3 and 13, to the park to test these bad boys out. (11 people total)I cannot speak to the accuracy of the guns as far as distance and points registering (there's a point system depending on your ammo and they claim to reach 150ft).What I can tell you is that everyone had so much fun they didn't care. Everyone was in the game "long enough" to not get salty and there wasn't a frown to be had even though it was freaking freezing.Parents with small children know how frustrating it can be to have the younger ones not be able to participate as much, or as well, as the older ones. That wasn't the case here.We did notice that one of the guns had a broken on/off switch, not so broken that it was poor quality control, but still broken. I contacted their customer service email that was inside the box and received a reply the same day. Once I gave them my info and they verified, they sent me confirmation of a replacement already sent! Prompt, courteous, and helpful. All around the best "bang" for your buck!I know we bought 12 guns total, but we're having a new family with SIX kids (holy cow!) move in down the street. I sense more Power Tag and some seriously awesome summer memories in our future ❤❤

Great Christmas present
I bought this for my nephews for Christmas. I was a little worried when they opened it and it did not included the chest plate but after watching the provided video we realized it was not needed. There are spots on the guns and hand blasters. So before you knew it they were chasing each other around the house playing tag! We all had a great time watching them. You will need to get batteries though...

A lot more fun than I thought! Fun different modes
My cousins and I (in our 30’s) still buy toy Christmas presents for each other because we got sick of gift cards. This year we chipped in and got these laser tag guns. I was a little suspicious but they are awesome and we had so much fun! The two blasters (ones on your wrist) work just like the gun. The distance they can hit each other is actually impressive (at least 50 yards). The different shooting modes (single shot, machine gun, shotgun, and rocket launcher) make it a ton of fun as each inflict different amounts of damage but the one that inflicts more take longer to reload (gives it fun strategy). It vibrates when you shoot and get hit which is fun. Also it’s shows on the side how many lives you have left (6 in total). Only downside is it take a butt load of batteries (4 AA in each) but worth it. I was a bit concerned that it wouldn’t be as fun without the vests but didn’t seem to make a difference!

Vest not needed! Love it.
This gun laser tag set does not need vests, great idea! Of course when it was delivered I did not know that so immediately sent a nasty email. Within a few minutes I actually read another post about this product and realized my mistake. Had to send an apology to them. This is an awesome tag set. It works really well, very easy to set up and use. The four firing modes are each distinctly different. The hand/glove one is also easy to set up and use. I am very pleased with this product. Will definitely be getting one for my other grandson next year.

Fun item and customer service is top notch!
We wanted something fun for our family to do over the summer. The kids are getting a bit older and we considered nerf but didn't want anything hitting anyone in the face or the beloved T.V. So, I opted for this laser set. I decided to not get the set with the chest/vest pieces as I didn't want them to focus so much on aiming at a person rather than the target on the laser gun. (Mind you, we are a family full of girls and one military dad. We don't have guns in the house and don't really care for guns and make sure our kids know that you need to be trained on how to use guns, they aren't toys, etc. I never thought I'd but a toy like this. However, this set is pretty cool. You can be on teams (two on green team, two on blue, etc) or everyone on their own. There are sound effects that do sound like "shooting" but more video game like than realistic. One of our "guns" came broken; the on/off switch was messed up. I contacted the company and they promptly send us a new one.You will need lots of AA batteries. The set turns off after a certain amount of minutes to help save batteries.Over all, fun set for the $.

There is a quarter sized kill spot on the side of the guns, no chest plates. Lame!
When I bought these the photo's showed the chest plates and the description talked about the chest plates. I had no idea this set came without them. It was very misleading! Seller wasn't willing to send the chest plates. I'm sending the set back.
