Cello 32" C32SFSD Superfast Smart LED TV with Built-In DVD Player [Energy Class A]

This TV could be so good, but it's not, very complicated to use, the android system keeps 'freezing' blocking up everything, the remote is also a 'mouse' and it drives me mad, so unresponsive, picture is OK, I use a sound bar so don't know how the speakers. In the end I gave up, I could not get this to work properly. Sky Go and Netflix will NOT work on this TV. You need a degree in computing to work this TV...The TV is going back, its useless, so many issues, it stressed me out trying to get it to actually do anything, and remember my settings. Avoid.

A good TV for the price.Plenty of features which are easy to use.One downside - the remote is very 'choosy' about when it works, and the onscreen mouse is particularly difficult to function. Not ideal for children or very mature adults, but if you are reasonably tech savvy, a good tv for the price.Picture quality is reasonably good too.

This tv is not easy! To use the mouse remote is so bad you have to wave your arm around to use it. The picture quality is not very good. And half of the apps are not compatable with the TV. I was so disappointed with this purchase I sent it back

Easy to set up. In fact it almost does it itself.Only criticism is with the "Mouse". You have to wave the remote, all over the place, to use it.I recommend downloading the Manual, from the Cello website. Much easier to understand.

Arrived on time and quite long to set up, although the price is good you need to let people know the Smart TV side isnt compatible with some channels like Netflix, Sky Go etc.Overall very disappointing and not what I expected

Not a bad TV, main issue for me was the lack of freeview plus. You could plug a +box into it if you want, but for me the biggest selling point was one wire all singing & dancing, soon as you add another box to it, that bonus has gone.

I bought this product under the premise that I could watch Netflix on this as well as pay monthly, sounds ideal right? Not at all! It states in the description that you can download Netflix through the app store but first it says that this version of Netflix is not available for my device. Ok, fine. I then download the version that Cello say is compatible from their website (had to buy a memory stick solely for this download). This then doesn't work. I contact Cello customer services and after many frustrating emails from different people at times, I am told that this is a problem with Netflix not the TV. I contacted Netflix and they told me that Cello TV's are not actually licensed to work with Netflix so no matter what I tried it wasn't going to work! (I have saved the transcripts). Even though it is advertised on the box and the amazon description.Any other time I would return this product for a full refund but due to the current pandemic, I can't leave my house for anything other than essentials. So even though it is horrifically frustrating, I'm going to have to keep the TV and carry on paying monthly for something I didn't want in the end.If you are thinking of purchasing this TV, DON'T!!
