I just received these sheets. They are very soft and a nice weight. I washed them in cold water with a pH correct cleaning item and dried on lowest heat. I was very disappointed to see that the pillowcases have already started to twist, meaning the only way to get the pillowcase to lay flat is if one of the side seams curls to the top of the pillowcase (see photo). I ususally only see that on cheap sheets. They also wrinkled a huge amount. I took them out of the dryer as soon as it stopped, and before they were completely dry, and I still had to iron the pillowcases so they would look nice on the bed. The open ends were completely crumpled.

Really soft and comfortable. Straps on the corners help hold the sheets on the bed, which is really nice.

How can these expensive sheets and cases be so wrinkled when I followed the laundry instructions to the letter, even changing my long love affair with liquid fabric softener added in the washer to dryer balls. I seriously used only gentle laundry liquid meant for those of us, and babies, with super-sensitive skin, and nothing else. It doesn't seem to matter. Now I have a real problem because my husband and I are in love with the softness and comfort of these sheets as they come from the seller but they must be babied after washing if you don't want to spend an hour ironing them. If the top sheet is tumbled separately from the fitted sheets on the coolest possible setting, and you dry the pillowcases separately, too, then they are usable without ironing. Otherwise, you get the (white) wrinkled hems shown above.I am altering this review in consideration from the great assistance that I received from "Adriana" at Royal Hotel. She saw my photos and my review post, then contacted me. The company offered me the option of replacing both sets of Split King bamboo sheets that I purchased or getting a total refund. I opted for the refund, switching to another brand when Royal Hotel couldn't guarantee that the problem I had with the sheets (this batch was apparently sewn on the cross-grain rather than straight grain because the horrible wrinkling was definitely sewn in) wasn't going to happen again. Since my refund window with Amazon had expired, this was truly a gift from Royal Hotel; hence, the review upgrade. I'm definitely a satisfied, though former customer. Good job, Royal Hotel. Thank you so much. I continue to be a fan of the material, being the best, softest, and most human-friendly material I've ever encountered. It isn't as cold as cotton on cold nights, warming to your body quickly, yet staying cooler on hot summer nights. How it's possible, I don't understand, but it works, and in the softest possible way. Wow! I'm forever spoiled for even the high thread count Egyptian cotton linens I've been using for years.

I was tired of the standard cotton sheets and wanted ultra-soft/smooth, but I didn't want to pay for silk. I own a few 100% rayon shirts that were quite comfy so I thought I'd give these sheets a try.They are every bit as soft as I wanted them to be and surprisingly thick so they are super comfy, too! The fitted sheet has a stout elastic band to keep it in place on the mattress, and the thickness of the sheets keeps them from moving too much despite being so smooth (my last set of sheets had a hard time staying on the bed). These are definitely well-made sheets! The color is very nice too and isn't fading too quickly.The sheets come with specific cleaning instructions, but I largely ignored them. I'm going to wash my sheets in a washing machine with normal detergents and dry them in a machine dryer; if my sheets can't handle that I don't want them. I did respect the instructions a bit and toned down the water temperature. The way the instructions were talking I half expected my sheets to come out of the washer as one giant blob of bamboo pulp, but the good news is they are able to machine wash and dry just fine. The instructions were right in that the sheets are prone to wrinkles, especially around the mouth of the pillowcases, not unlike the pockets of some of my shirts. It doesn't bother me too much, so I haven't bothered to try ironing them out.I have zero complaints with this product! Highly recommended as long as you don't mind a few wrinkles in your sheets.====UPDATE 2019-01-08====2 years later and I've replaced these sheets. They were holding up fine durability-wise, but they continued to wrinkle and shrink to the point that they would no longer fit on my bed. I've bought another brand of rayon sheets that doesn't wrinkle nearly as badly (shrinkage is still TBD).

I’ve always been a 100% cotton person but tried these sheets based on the price. If you like super light and silky smooth sheets you can’t go wrong - these are awesome. So soft!

Love these sheets. We are on our 2nd set in 8 years. My husband is a hot sleeper and i am cold and they have been great for both of us. We also have 2 65lb dogs and these are done well holding up to them too (they sleep with us - what kind of monsters don't let their dogs sleep with them!? It's in their nature to sleep in a dog pile!) Anyway, now purchasing our 3rd set in a different color to go with our new bedspread.Pro tip: don't use fabric softener or a dyer sheet when washing and drying.

These sheets are the smoothest and softest I’ve slept on. The corner retainers hold the fitted sheet in place nicely. Very comfortable during the summer heat. I love them!

As I live in Canada, after the currency conversion these were a little expensive, however the colour selection and descriptions convinced me. The sheets arrived on time and both my wife and I were initially quite impressed at the quality and how soft they were. Now the bad part, 3 weeks in and the fitted sheet is tearing at the split and the threads are coming out. I was very particular on the washing and care, delicate wash setting, hanging to almost dry and low dryer setting for only 5 minutes. Very unfortunate in the quality as we really liked the sheets and wanted to order another colour.UPDATE, The customer service I have received after this rating was fantastic. Without hesitation they sent me a new fitted sheet and it has been flawless. I must have had a faulty sheet, so far the new one has held up and been very comfortable.Thank You Royal bedding!

Bought a second set since I liked the first set so much. Great variety of colours and sheets are soft right out of the dryer with no softener. Fit very well too.
