How big is the "s" letter? it says it is 2.5 inches but others are about 1 inch? can you please tell me the correct size for the "s" initial?

I didn’t order the s I ordered the t. I can tell you it is a good size my 17 year old granddaughter loves it. If it says 2.5 then that’s what it is cause ours was right and it looks really nice on.
