Was a difficult phone to enjoy but I’m sure mine was just defective.
I usually give products 5 stars but this specific phone gave me so much trouble it would not detect my carrier at&t and the other carriers it did detect imeadietly like T-Mobile the internet wouldn’t work and when I finally had it working I couldn’t hear people on normal phone mode I had to use it in speaker because people sounded too low and they couldn’t hear me unless it was in speaker phone mode I finally bought a Bluetooth to fix this issue I’m sure the one i got was defective so if you get one just check everything I mentions before you use it to be in the safe side but like i said I’m sure mine had something wrong with it. And the seller says they test em before they send em out but mine Did not live up to performance.

Don't do it.
Battery won't stay charged. Volume level unstable. Phone virtually unusable.

Junk!
I've owned a crap ton of phones, and this has to be the most Annoying, hard to navigate piece of..... technology I have ever owned EVER! Has so many issues it's unreal. Can't get off pages, just jumped from site to site, glitches constantly, as soon as I get some funds, this thing is out the door. Free is the only positive thing I can say about this device. Had I'd known it did all this, I'd have paid for a better phone. Unless mine is a totally defective phone, but my husband has the same issues with his, so I'm doubting it.

I own and hate this phone.
This is, by far, the most annoying piece of tech I, unfortunately, own right now. This phone has so many issues I will not go into them, for it will only make my blood boil and cause me to break this thing in half. (I need it till I buy another.) Get something else! I don't know what but something else.

Terrible Camera, No indicator Light, Multiple Problems
My husband and I just switched to Cricket, and while we are very happy with our plans and coverage so far, these phones are really bad! Just for starters, we ended up NOT getting them free at all, because of some glitch--had to pay $30 each, and they are not even worth that! I hate it that we wasted our money. For one thing, my old phone was VERY old, but it had a much better camera. This one is LOUSY. Really Bad quality pictures. One other thing that seems small, but is a royal pain is that there is no indicator light. You can't tell if you have a notification without picking it up and turning it on. Oh, and the button to turn it on is on the back, which is also hard to get used to. (I did find out that you can double-tap the screen to turn it on--it works most of the time.) I Really miss the indicator light. We have had these phones for less than two weeks and keep finding more and more things we don't like. They don't support wi-fi calling, even though the service rep assured us that they would (GRR!) We cannot get the blue tooth to work at all--still researching that!--and today my husband's phone got stuck in headset mode. Nothing would change it--he turned it off and on several times, checked all the settings, but he had no sound at all. When he plugged in headphones, at first it worked, then that quit, too. After some research online, we found a trick that fixed it, which I will share just in case someone else has the problem: stick a pencil in the headphone jack and wiggle it around a bit, getting some graphite dust in there. For some bizarre reason, that actually worked and he immediately had sound again! No idea why.So my recommendation is NOT to waste your time on this phone even if you can get it free, unless all these things are unimportant to you!

Overall Its a good phone for 50$
Just bought this the other day, no real problem other then Takes forever to Charge, and Only get 11 hours of Play I’m a single charge if you lucky. I get usually around 9 hours and takes 3 hours to charge mine was Brand new right out of the boxAn Update, after having the phone for a month or more, the battery seems about normal, maybe a little Above, It's a lot slower processing Speed, the camera Really sucks tho. Overall I probably wouldn't ever get another one, but it's not horrible, except the camera, if they fixed the camera That would probably go up a star.
