Nice watch
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Bought it as a present for my daughter who received a new phone from her mother recently. But being a smart watch addict myself (owns 5 smart watches), couldn't resist from testing it out. Hopefully this might help you out. When you first get the wristband, you should pair it to your phone using the VeryFitPro app. Then you are able to change the language. There are 7 languag available, should change to the native language set on your device (in my case English.) The settings of the band can then be changed using the app.The build quality of the band is great and the wrist strap adjustment offers the right level of comfort. The screen can be difficult to read in bright light but is otherwise clear in normal daylight. The brightness can be adjusted using the app.Date and time does not require pairing to be complete in order to maintain synchronisation. The USB interface charging comes out when you remove the band, and the device charges very quickly.Very fast bluetooth connectivity and synchronisation. After the first setup using the app, it gets connected automatically and very quick. The single button operation to flick between the various options is a simple and effective way to manage the tracker from your wrist. The battery life is phenomenal and with handset notifications turned off, the device does not need to be charged for at least two weeks even when wearing it every day. There are 14 modes available in the watch. But you can choose only 3 at a time. You can change between the modes using the app and the watch interface gets updated automatically.Alarms for any time can be set using the app and a wake up alarm can also be set to wake you pre-emptively depending upon which mode of sleep it detects you are in. The aim of this method is to wake you before you begin a deep sleep cycle close to your chosen wake up time. The band wakes you by vibrating gently. The sleep monitoring app provides great insight into your sleep hygiene and can provide useful information to anyone who suffers from sleep apnoea. The anti sedimentary reminder is great if you work sitting at a desk all day. You can physically show your colleagues that it is time to get up and move to stay healthy if you need to.I have showered with the band on with no problem, although I did so only to test the waterproofing. If it had any cons ....Charging can be confusing. If the usb is put into charging port in wrog direction, the it wont charge. You have to be cautious when you put it for charge. I did it wrong, warning you so that you wouldn't ;)Only way to change settings are through the apps available. Without the app, the watch limits its function by 95%My daughter is happy using the watch. When she comes to me with the readings, and her excitement saying, "Dad, I made 1000 steps". That's deligtment !!

great way to keep time and stay healthy
once you sync with the app at least once your time should now exactly match your phone which is pretty cool. the clock is viewable from a distance and all you have to do is shake your wrist. the charger is built into the watch. you take off half the strap and the usb plug is revealed, so now you don't need to keep changing batteries, it charges quickly too and has a charging indicator light that turns off when it's done! there is only one button, but it works well. you tap the button and you see the time, keep tapping and you can see all the different modes quickly and easily. the battery seems to last quite a while which is pretty neat. you have up to 14 activity/sport modes to choose from, the watch can only have 3 at a time though (14 would be a lot to go through!). you can set alarms on the watch and monitor sleep. the sleep monitor is quite cool, it tells you your average waking up time and average sleep including deep sleep, light sleep and awake hours, you also get a graph you can see of your sleep! i don't know if right now i would use it much, but you can get an automatic reminder when you sit down too long. the band is also waterproof... but i haven't tested that. appearance wise the band is nice, the design is simple with black and a coloured accent, much like the lumia phones, and the box it comes in looks excellent for gifting; i was worried the band could be too wide for my tiny wrist, but there's still a lot of room, there are three smaller sizes on the band.

Brilliant Fitness Tracker
I bought this Fitness Tracker for my Daughter as she says she wants to exercise more. I have recently bought a YAMAY Fitness Tracker for myself and she loves it and asked if she could have one too.She really loves it and it came in a lovely red colour. The Fitness Tracker has14 different Sport modes, though you can only use three on your watch at a time. She was able to choose the three she wanted to use through the VeryFitApp that she downloaded onto her phone. She likes all the features but most of all the fact that she gets notifications when she gets a call or text. She also went into the app and chose a few different Social networks that she could receive notifications from as well.I'm impressed that it come with a Sedentary Reminder to remind her to get up and moving if she sits for too long. She can also check her sleep patterns and heart rate. She panicked the other day as she got it wet and then remembered it was Waterproof. She can also set an alarm to wake her up which is very handy. The battery life is brilliant and it is very easy to charge. Just pull of the wrist band and it charges through a USB port. Just make sure you plug in the correct end. It can synchronise to your phone in seconds.
