I highly recommend it even if costa a little more.
A bit $$$ BUT you only get what you pay for. Looked thru the capsule and not a smidgen of anything in the oil, Immaculate !!! Super high dosages too do I only take 1 a day rather than 2 so its actually very cost effective . ๐บ๐ฝ

Itโs fine and although the capsules are big theyโre easy enough to swallow.
Itโs great if you donโt eat this kind of fish.

ConsumerLab.com likes this product, so do I
Highly rated by the folks at ConsumerLab.com and their thorough testing. I take it for a variety of reasons including joint stuff, nerve stuff, mood, immunity, heart health, etc. Omega-3 EFA's are very important and cannot be made by the body, they must be ingested via food or supplements. Note: the capsules are not appropriately sized for someone who has trouble swallowing. I tried to show this in a picture. Many supplement makers have small cap versions for people with such difficulties e.g. Nordic Naturals Ultimate Omega comes in small caps. I eat salmon etc but also take this supplement. One thing I like about supplements is they usually source the omega-3's from very small fish low down on the food chain like sardines and anchovies, meaning they contain smaller accumulations of of toxins such as mercury, cadmium, lead, PCBs, etc, which accumulate in the livers of the larger fish up the food chain. The Carlson bottle says they do third-party testing for these things but the supplement industry in the United States is not regulated so they can mostly write what they want on the bottle. For this reason I think manufacturers should reference where they get their testing done and make results available on their website, but none do that I'm aware of. That's why I rely on consumerlab.com to help me choose because they pull products off the shelf and test them. That plus how my body feels after taking a supplement for a month or so. It's still the wild west but it's better than nothing. Best of luck with on your on your supplement journey and with your well-being.
