With multiple dogs, kids, everyday household messes, and occasional lingering odors that seem impossible to fully remove, I am always looking for products that actually eliminate odors instead of simply covering them up with heavy perfume smells. This Odorcide soaker honestly worked much better than expected for stronger household odors. Performance: What impressed me most is that this actually targets and neutralizes odors instead of just masking them temporarily. I tested it on pet-related smells, musty areas, fabric odors, and general lingering household smells, and it noticeably improved the freshness of the areas after use. It especially helped in places where odors tend to settle into carpeting or soft surfaces. Versatility: I like that this can be used on multiple surfaces including carpets, rugs, upholstery, hardwood-adjacent areas, pet spaces, and other household surfaces. Having one product that works in several areas is incredibly helpful in a busy home with pets and kids. Formula & Scent: One thing I really appreciated is that the formula is not overwhelmingly perfumed. Some odor eliminators try to hide smells with extremely strong fragrances, but this one feels more focused on actually removing the odor itself. The scent is present initially but does not linger heavily afterward. Quality: The liquid distributes well and soaks into problem areas effectively without leaving behind a sticky or heavy residue when used properly. I have some friends that I wish I could spray this on. But right now, it's just for my pups in the backyard of the small home that I live in that I pay too much rent for. If you mix this correctly it is a quarter ounce to two gallons of water and the scent is pleasant no matter which scent you get. Its appearance is a plastic container with a liquid in it. Amazon is telling me that an idea I should put in here is the softness of the product which that person should be fired for suggesting through the AI bot that I talk about softness because it's a liquid and the effectiveness is definitely 100% if you mix it right and the size well you know my dogs evacuate multiple times a day in the backyard so I have to make sure that I have plenty of this around to cover it up so my neighbors don't get mad at me which they get mad at me anyway because most people in this world are angry at something right. I didn't get that appearance word checked off so I'm just gonna say the appearance of it is pleasant like an angel hovering down from heaven with lights behind it sort of like that of the movie close encounters of the third kind when they were on the road and they flew by all those people and it looked like an ice cream cone the appearance of it is amazing and it has changed my life for the better, and now I'm in finance making twelve digits! As the title states, I previously worked in a field that included A LOT of damage restoration that typically included foul odor removal as well. It was a carpet cleaning company that also did damage restoration, so pet odor was also very prevalent. I swear by this stuff and use it today in my own home. Now, you may have to be aggressive with it to fully enjoy it's benefits, but it does work. First use is light odor, spritz the surface and let dry, should do the trick. For tougher odors, you may need to spray down and brush the surface, then use a steam cleaning machine to rinse and extract the excess product and some smelly residue, then spritz the surface again and let dry. This works the product into the material and helps to remove some of the excess bacteria causing the odor. For bad, old, or persistent odors, use the same method for tougher odors, but use a carpet or upholstery cleaner (soap) to wash and clean the area, then use Odorcide in the rinse water, with the steam cleaner. This adds extra product into the mix and helps to get in deep and alter the oder causing bacteria to the point they stop stinking. This is not bleach, not a stain remover, not a perfume, and not a soap. This doesn't removes stains on its own, and does not leave a sticky residue that attracts more dirt. The main reason carpets get dirty so fast after cleaning is due to not fully extracting all of the soap residue, which if left behind, will attract dirt. So be diligent in the rinse process and apply Odorcide during rinse and after for maximum odor elimination effect. This product is more than worth it, when I worked in the industry, this product was our number 1, and could only be obtained IF you were a legit business, they didn't even sell it direct to public consumers. Easy to use, and if used properly, eliminates the odor, providing very good "longevity"...the product smell will diminish, but the actual oder will be gone too. No dyes and no bleaching agents, safe for all color materials.

The product itself is good. It has a fresh clean scent. Almost no scent ,which I prefer to most that turn my stomach. I took off a star for packaging. The nozzle is useless. I have to unscrew top to use. It does not spray.

Straight up ten out of ten. I will be buying this product again. We have tried every shampoo order eliminating thing on the market. I wish I had taken a before and after photo before I had started. Stanley came out and the stains were still there along with the strong odor. I did the treatment twice. Once with the strong odor and once with the fresh scent. The odor and stains are gone. I highly recommend this product. Life changing.

This stuff really does the job, the smell is legit and lingers well, it cleaned up the stains on 1 run and eliminated the odor from the dogs, I was originally looking for KOE cause of reviews but I gave this a try and honestly think I’ll stick with them Warning: if you have a heavily soiled carpet like I did I highly recommend buying more than one bottle as it recommends 8oz per gallon for heavy soil areas. The bottle doesn’t hold alot

I do not like the scent. I’m going back to the cat attack apricot scent. I purchased this one due to the high reviews of it being a warm scent. One of the best cleaners to rid your house of the dreaded pet smells. I have yet to find a material that it doesn’t work on and no issues with it damaging anything. I love when people come over and are surprised I have animals because their is no smells. Works great for cleaning litter boxes. It’s safe to use on my carpet and have used it in the carpet cleaner. I can’t live without this product but I can this particular scent.

I am so impressed with this product!!! I had bought a vintage purse that had some really strong food odors. I had washed it, put it in the sun to dry, sprayed the febreze, covered it in baking soda, soaked in vinegar. I could not get the smell out of it. I use this and it immediately took out the smell. It had an almost cinnamon smell left on it from the product, but I was OK with that because the smell I had before smelled so bad. This will be my forever go to whenever I come into any types of odors in the future.

We live on a farm, That being said cat's,dog's, goat's in ñ out.... plus puppies running a muck. My goodness poo,pee,smells everywhere. But you can't smell it because your nose is a custom to it.. Go away for a few days then come back ñ you will smell it all. GROSSNESS. Use this product it will take it away. It will take some time OK.. The more you use it the better it gets. Seriously though it took so much smell the first time. I never thought that i would have a smell free House again. So bad the Grandkids didn't want to stay. Now sleep overs. I use it all the time in my floor cleaning bucket, just a little bit in the water bucket. No more crazy chemicals for me ñ gross chemical smells. PLEASE TRY IT Ñ GIVE IT A CHANCE YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT..

Good product. Odors eliminated

So far this has worked extremely well. We have an older carpet upstairs that had previous pet oders on it and I’ve tried so many things to have it smell better. I’ve sprayed the carpet twice with this and it’s taken away most of the smell, I think for the third time I’ll poor the solution/mix(water) right on the carpet inside of a spray bottle to get it to saturate it more but I’m hopeful. The only downside is it’s a bit pricey for the size of the bottle in my opinion, but I like the smell of it. Will repurchase once I run out
