My 17-year-old daughter received this in her stocking for Christmas and was very surprised. The pieces are durable, but the chains are not. The big keychain loop is fine, but the little connecting pieces came undone with one accidental drop of the keys. We'll have to replace them with more sturdy chains in order to put them back on the keys. But they are very pretty and and cute. And the heart actually fits perfectly between the two keychain pieces. My daughter has been wearing the necklace without any trouble so far and loves it!

This came out far better than I hoped for. The photo and pendant/laser etch are great quality for price. I will definitely recommend this and will be a return customer. My daughter loved it. Huge thanks you guys.

This is adorable. It was a perfect gift for our daughter. The only complaint is the jump ring that is for the charm on the key ring. I would use a double jump ring for security reasons as you do not want to loose it!

The font is hard to read and the heart shaped piece is on a key ring not on a pendant chain as pictured. Not worth the price I paid. Seller gave a partial refund but this is not what I wanted for my daughter on Valentine’s Day.
