I've been taking several medications trying to defeat Restless leg syndrome and this is the only thing I have found that has worked.I've been getting pharmaceuticals and trying everything under the sun but this actually works.I'm having good dreams that I can actually control and I'm getting 8 hours of sleep for the 1st time in a year. Always have this in stock at my house and have purchased for friends. Helps relax an overthinking mind or body to fall into a deep sleep. It is non habit forming and you don't need a lot, a little goes a long way.

First and foremost, the package lies. I saw this on another review and thought maybe the vendor had fixed it sense, but they did not. There’s only 12 servings not the 96 or whatever it says. Second, I’m one of those that can lucid dream on my own every few months. I’ve tried this multiple times and not once has it induced a lucid dream state. This is snake oil, avoid it.

First thing you need to be prepared for is the taste. As far as herbal supplement/extracts goes, it isn’t the worst. It isn’t the best either. I have tried it both straight under the tongue and down the hatch, as well as diluted in a little bit of water. It was less harsh with the water. As far as its ability to induce lucid dreaming, the jury is still out. It may be that one needs to take it consistently for a period of time to notice any remarkable effects. I will say the first night I used it I did notice a mild increase in dreaming overall, just not lucid ones. I really like this brand generally, so I will purchase again once I use this bottle up. It is a bit pricey to use often, however.

I must say, I seem to be sleeping better after taking the elixir, but with everything in life we are not static beings and I cannot absolutely attribute this to the elixir. The taste is ok, somewhat herbal and medicinal as I guess can be expected. No lucid dreaming for me.

I have aphantasia which is i am incapable of producing any kind of visuals or dreams in my head, i tried this to see if it helped , no dreams! No pictures in my head at all! But that aside it helped me sleep better 100%!! Great stuff!

That's horrible, not relaxing, not lusid dream. That's a real nightmare. Zero star You can't sleep normally after second night, you'll see only nightmare.
