RELIABLE
We bought two packs of four . When we get the weekly shopping ,four of these go at the bottom of a large freezer bag and four go at the top . In between sits all our frozen and cold food . Doing this keeps everything frozen / cold and buys us a piece of precious 'putting away' time . The blocks have remained frozen and done a good fridge job for us , Summertime too ! 😀

Poor times with these
These ice packs are ok but a) they expand when frozen and end up with a massive bulge and b) don’t stay cold/frozen for as long as I expected. We have a decent cool box but after about 6 hours camping these had completely defrosted.
