Crazy Looking Machine, Does Its Job At A Good Price
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I haven't done a thing with my gaming rig in 9 years, and it was time for an upgrade. I'm not building my own custom solutions anymore, too old and takes too long, so I started looking for good deals. I knew what I wanted -- 16GB RAM, preferably an SSD (even if it was only of the OS) and a 6+GB video card. You can pay as much as you want for these things. The case, admittedly, caught my eye first, and I know that's not a good way to judge a product. But I checked the reviews, and they seemed to be pretty good. Sounds like Amazon handles returns/refunds on them, so I figured I was pretty well protected there, and the stats were all there -- in fact, they were terrific for the price point. The 500GB hard drive is *entirely* SSD, which is better than most other offerings at this level. The video card is the RTX2060, so it's ray-tracing capable (not much takes advantage yet, but it's a bit of future-proofing) with 6GB on it.So, I only got it about 7 hours ago, and I waited until the end of the movie I was watching before I set it up, but oh man, this is so much a better PC than my last rig. Comes right up, apps load so much faster. I'm still using my old monitor (1920x1050) so I can't tell much difference there, but the graphics are so much smoother with all the sliders cranked to 11, and that's even when I'm streaming to Twitch! So far, so good.Even came with a mouse & keyboard (not all gaming PCs bother). I already had a Razer Blackwidow Chroma, so I didn't test out the keyboard, although pretending to type on it, it had a decent tactile feel, but I felt the keys were too cramped (at least compared to mine). I'm actually using the mouse that came with. It pulses a blue light (also red and purple) which is meh. But it's nicer than the ancient Microsoft mouse I'd been using. Sensitivity is pretty crazy (or I just need to tamp it down in the settings). The one small bummer about this rig -- the lighting does not seem to be computer-controllable. Maybe it can be and I just haven't figured it out yet, but it came with a small remote control that adjusts the settings, brightness, color, speed, etc. In the video, that's just on "auto", where it cycles through all the combinations it has (what I recorded was a very small example). That said, the "infinity" mirroring on the front is absolutely trippy, works really well. Looking at the front of the PC, you really think it's just an empty box with lights in it. Very cool.Looking forward to gettin' my game on now!

Not built properly.
i bought this computer about 7 months ago and right from the start i had blue screen errors and crashing. it finally got so bad i decided to check and see if it had been overclocked. didnt seem to be but the CPU had reached 160 degrees c and nearly melted down the whole computer. took it in to be fixed and the fans that were installed were way too small for gaming computer and also not seated properly. so they put in a good fan and i haven't had issues with crashing or blue screens since. luckily they CPU wasn't too damaged. a bit burnt but doesn't seem to be effecting the computer. would have been hundred more if i had to replace it. also the power port is so finicky that if i so much as touch it the whole computer turns off. can take upwards of 10 minutes to move it into the exact right position to turn the damn thing on. right now i cant turn it on at all. I'm pretty angry and I'm going to have to take it in to be fixed yet again which means i cant do any work for a few days.

Very nice, no regret!
I genuinely believe this is the best gaming / workstation PC you can get for this price. Love the Ryzen series CPUs, NVIDIA RTX series (although I might have chosen AMD's new Navi GPUs if given the option), it's a solid choice and I like the ability to customize some of the components. CUK definitely knows what they're doing.I used to have a 256GB SSD with a 1TB HDD, that got a little annoying after while. A 1 TB SSD is super nice to have, NVMe is just icing on the cake. The case is phenomenal, with a unique infinity mirror on the front (I always want something a little eccentric when I make / buy a PC, and this fits the bill perfectly) with some nice RGB lighting on it and the fans inside. The inside is beautifully organized and clean, like wow!16 GB of shiny red Vulcan DDR4 RAM is just the right amount for what I need. A magnetic strip for easily getting rid of dust is also a really nice little touch. No problems with the power supply. Cooling definitely isn't a problem, with 3 fans in front, 2 on top, 1 in the back, and the 1 on the heatsink. The case is also easy to open, allowing for quick and easy upgrades, which was a must for me considering I plan on using this PC for more than 7 years. The PC also goes through the hands of multiple employees to ensure that everything is working properly. The only downside for me was the noise. I don't know if it's the motherboard's fault or not and if it's an issue specific to my PC, but temperature readings are incorrect. Loading up Speedfan showed that the temps were 112 degrees C on startup. Tried changing the fan speed through the software and bios to no avail. I don't care enough to keep trying to fix it, and the PC might overheat when it's actually under load, so I decided to just overclock the thing since heating is never going to be an issue in this state.Overall I think it's an excellent PC. Spent a lot of time looking for just the right PC, doubt I could find a better one for this price.

Best pre-built pc!
A peace of art and a great pc more powerful then what I expected especially since it was my first pc can't say much from experience but definitely worth every cent. Still using the mouse and keyboard it comes with too. Everything worked great and I'm glad too feel like these guys really seem to care how to give the best quality to there customers. :)
