I have tried red algae in the past and it worked decently but for some reason I stopped. Assuming it was only slightly effective. However this in combination with b vitamins, lemon balm tincture, and natural supplements for anxiety have almost completely rid me of my symptoms in one bottle. I have hsv2 and I don’t get many breakouts because I’ve taken acyclovir regularly , but that was something I wanted to get off of. My pain though, the neuropathy and deep nerve pain in my leg and hip was horrible to live with every day and a direct result of the virus. I take 3 of these red algae pills a day and the pain is gone. It popped up once just long enough for me to get nervous and take 2 anti virals that day, but after that, back to normal. I have found it helpful to take 2 in the am and then 1 later just to make sure it’s still in my system. I’ve gotten cold sores since I was a kid.As I have aged, hormones & the stress of being a grown-up have caused them to occur more frequently. Like- ALL THE TIME. This will drastically reduce duration and healing time.If you don't currently have an outbreak and are just starting- I take 4 per day (2 AM & 2 PM) for the first week. After the first week, I reduced it to 2 in the AM everyday with the rest of my vitamins.Additionally, if you are exposed to illness or large groups of people (like an airplane) pop a few more before and after exposure and it will boost your immunity. Haven’t had a cold or the flu in almost 3 years. Totally worth it to me!

I too was into everything when I was in my 20's and paid for it in Germany 1990, The Big H....30 plus years later and I have been dealing with it, The outbreaks lessen when I turned 50, but whenever my wife of almost 20 years threw it on me i would have a small outbreak, then I would have to avoid her for 7 to 10 days.
