Xcostume Solaire Helmet Mask Costume Outfit Halloween Cosplay

(I'm 5'7'', and got the medium) Helmet is the only thing in this costume that is worth getting. Everything else is made of cheap material and feels like too much stress will rip and break the fabrics. End result of the costume looked like a low budget version of what is shown in the display picture (minus the helmet).Biggest complaint with this product: The sun poncho came in the box filled with frayed strings. If you keep pulling out the frayed strings, it will slowly unravel the poncho. I had to spend the effort and manually burn off the strings and edges to get them to "seal" to stop any fraying. The same thing foes for the scarf, which is literally just a large section of linen fabric.The chainmail was decent. The upperbody half is kind of large, and the leggings are roomy. Again might have to be somewhat careful here as it feels like too much stress might break the fabric. Both are semi see through so wear skin colored underwear or wear thin clothes underneath.The leather greaves and armguards are decent, they fit nicely. Only complaint here would be the greaves for you legs. They aren't tied or anything but just have elastic bands, unlike the armguards which have ribbons that let you tie them together.The display picture shows boots; the costume does not come with boots, so the picture is somewhat misleading. Suggestion: include a photo that shows all of what you get.The only saving grace of this review that gives it a 2/5 instead of a 1/5 is the helmet. The helmet is just fantastic. Quality rubber, is very durable, and super textured. Pretty much one of best if not THE best rubber Solaire helmets I've seen.To any potential sunbros out there, I would try and make this costume yourself aside from the leather and the helmet, and as always, keep up the jolly cooperation and PRAISE THE SUN! \[T]/

So ordered this item a month earlier than halloween so I get it in time to play with, and oh boy I picked right cause the helmet, while easily the best looking solaire helmet I've ever seen, was packed into a box so it's going to need some time to stretch out and go back into its form. The size I bought was large but I prolly should have gone for medium as it seems a tad large; will wash the cloth parts to see if I can shrink them a tad. Overall its a really nice costume and I'm happy with the purchase, but putting the thing on, holy crap, really reminded me about how long it can take to put on a complex outfit like this one.If you're not gonna get the rest of the costume like this set provides, at least get the helmet as it's easily the best solaire helmet I've ever seen. Has battle damage and little dings all over it, so totally worth it.

I purchased this for my son for a Halloween/ cosplay party. Because it is cold this time of year I did order a size up so he could wear layers underneath. He loves it! The quality is great and not too flimsy. Lots of details were put into the extras, he really liked that. (I.e. belts, material) The only complaint he has is the sun looks like it could peel easily. Wash with care!

I am beyond happy with this cosplay! Everything came packaged individually in sealed bags. It was all great quality, no crinkles in the clothing. I encourage ordering this at least a few weeks before you need to wear this. The helmet needs to be stretched a little bit since it did come packaged in a box. The sizing was all perfect. The cosplay came in rather quickly compared to their estimated shipping times. I am beyond happy with this product!!!

The sun is already starting too fall off and I literally just opened it. It's pretty comparable to a wish item tbh.

Great quality looks just like the picture kinda big but some inch thick foam pading makes it fit nice and snug.

The whole outfit is great but the helmet never came with it. Very upsetting.
