They actually worked for me
I found my nose became blocked whilst sleeping and mouth opens automatically so that I could breathe - that caused the snoring. These clever devices help to keep my nose unblocked and therefore stop the snoring. The soft solid vent worked at bit - but the harder vented one works best for me. A tiny more uncomfortable but I think it is harder to allow for the vents, but I actually got used to them very quickly. Result for me, no more snoring, restful sleep. Fab. This pack is good because it allows you to try each size and type to see which ones suit you best. I’ve ordered another pack with just my ideal size. Great job !!

Only really suitable if you’re kitting out the whole family
Some where huge some tiny also the hard plastic spiral ones are uncomfortable better to search for a multipack of sane sized ones ( it’s easy to lose these !)

Overall good
Good variety of sizes, the rigid ones isn't very comfortable like the soft silicone specially at the bridge. The only problem I had is the size, the medium one is a bit big and the small one fall of my nose in the middle of the night sometimes. Overall it made a huge difference in my sleeping as now I can actually breath through my nose and not wake up with a wide open dry mouth because of my deviated septum. Just to point out I do not snore so I can't judge how good it is for ppl who snore, my problem is deviated septum that cause blocked nose.

Didn't work for me
Felt like it would be the solution as my nasal passages felt opened up and the air flowed freely rather than feeling restricted but an angry shake of the head from the Mrs in the morning said different

A Really Unexpected Breath of Fresh Air
I decided to give the Mobi Lock Nose Vent Sinus Relief Dilator a try because I’ve been struggling with nasal congestion and feeling like I can’t breathe properly through my nose at night. I’m pleasantly surprised — while it wasn’t perfectly comfy at first, it’s genuinely made a difference in how I sleep and breathe. Here’s what I found: • On the first night, the device felt odd. Placing something in your nostrils is always going to feel strange, and I could tell my breathing felt different. But after a couple of nights, I got used to it. • Once it settled in, I noticed I was breathing more through my nose and less through my mouth — meaning fewer wake-ups, less throat dryness, and a fresher feeling in the morning. • Snoring? Not fully gone, but the nasal sound is much quieter. My partner even noticed how much smoother my breathing sounded. • Comfort-wise, the assorted sizes in the pack helped me find the perfect fit. The softer ones were easier on my nose, and I’d recommend starting small before moving up. • Functionality: It keeps the nasal passages open consistently throughout the night, improving airflow even when lying on your side. The vents also reduce that “blocked nose” pressure feeling which helps with sinus comfort. • Design: The compact shape and clear silicone design make it discreet and nearly invisible when worn. The material feels soft yet firm enough to stay in place without slipping out. • Value: For what it costs, it’s solid. It’s not a miracle fix, but it’s low-maintenance and definitely improves nighttime breathing once you adjust. What to bear in mind: • If your snoring is caused by throat vibrations, this alone won’t fix it — it mainly targets nasal airflow. • It takes a few nights to get used to the sensation, but it gets easier fast. • Cleaning it regularly and picking the right size makes a huge difference in comfort and hygiene. Final verdict: If you struggle to breathe easily through your nose at night and don’t mind a little adjustment period, this is worth it. It went from feeling strange to something I now use nightly. Breathing is smoother, my sleep feels deeper, and I wake up clearer. A small product that quietly makes a big difference.

Not for me
Here are my reviews for the following: - 1. Breathe Right strips 2. "Premium Nose Relief Nasal Dilator - (Pack of 8 - All Sizes)" 3. "Nasal Medical Sport Enhancement Aid” “Breathe Right Nasal Strips, Stop Snoring Aids for Men & Women, Small/Medium Anti Snore Strips, Original Tan, 30 Strips”… These aren't the same as the 10 pack (clear) I bought from chemist for £6.10. These are a VERY sticky, solid plaster-type .... they adhere well but, as other reviewers have said, feel like they could rip your skin off when removing - as others suggest, moisten before removing. I have my nose under a running tap or remove in the shower: remove slowly and they won't damage your skin. They work in that they dilate the nostrils - these are the ones I re-order. (I can't comment about snoring as that's not a problem for me). I've tried the "Premium Nose Relief Nasal Dilator - (Pack of 8 - All Sizes)" - smallest size was the only one I could tolerate... they do open the nasal passages, but, because they're baulky, they also partly block them. They quickly went in the bin. I next tried the "Nasal Medical Sport Enhancement Aid - Nasal Dilator for Athletic Breathing", this I managed to keep in all night the first time. Opens the nostrils without the feeling that it's blocking them at all. Be careful to manoeuvre the piece in your nose gently. However, I tried to tolerate them during the day and had 2 problems... firstly, lots of irritating discomfort (scratches inside of nose). Secondly, as soon as I put it in, I wanted to blow my nose.... obvious problem ensued. In the end I gave up. The design seems good but they need to be made of a material that doesn't scratch/irritate the nose. Summary: - Breath Right strips are great at dilating the nostrils - moisten (well) before/during removal. The 2 types of in-nostril dilators need rethinking or improving imho. Hope this helps someone else ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Ideal for sleeping and helpful during workouts
I’ve had a deviated septum for as long as I can remember and I can’t breathe out of my left nostril very well at all so I can’t sleep on my right, which I typically prefer. I didn’t like the soft pieces, oddly enough these were the more uncomfortable option for me but the hard basket is perfect. It’s really weird being able to breathe out of both nostrils!? I wish they were more subtle, I’d genuinely wear it in the day if they were. Game changer for sleeping and even at home workouts!

Comfortable to wear
Does not stop snoring altogether, but it helps a great deal, comfortable to wear.

Ottime per respirare meglio
Ottimi.

trying this design out (with updates)
so far the concept is good. i'll be trying these out for a while and update the review and the stars as necessary. The website information is inaccurate. it's states hard and soft silicone, it's not. it is hard plastic or silicone. does it stop snoring 😴 no of course not. when you get older your throat just collapses with gravity when you lay on your back. you need to learn to sleep on your side. I didn't get these for snoring. I got them because my nasal passages get restricted and it's hard to breathe through my nose when I sleep. let's see how comfortable these are and how well we work. First update: the silicon version works surprisingly well. I was also surprised that I did not need a large size like I did in other brands, but the medium size was just right and didn't fall out at night. Haven't tried the hard plastic yet, but it seems rather uncomfortable. You do have to tuck them in properly or they tend to want to slide outward. Works for me so far.

For the price, absolutely worth the try
I use nasal strips to help breath at night, however they costs 25 AED for a box of 10, of which at least 3 generally go wasted because they dont stick. I tried this devices, the hard cones did not solve my problem, while the silicon tubes workes quite fine. I use the largest one and they fit well. After insertion I do not have any discomfort. Only the first 2 times I had to pull them out during night, but then I had no problems and they stay in place. The silicon is good quality. No odor at all, good moulding, washable. They help a lot, i see it because i wake up with better freshness of mind. Not every nose will be a perfect fit, but for the price give it a try!
