I love this exerciser. Its great for my legs/feet rehab. After having surgery I couldn't put any weight on my feet for months & that caused my legs to get weak. This enables me to get a good leg workout & stimulation in my legs w/o any added pressure since it moves by itself. The straps are strong and keep my feet from slipping out. I suggest getting a small exercise mat if using on a smooth surface. It comes with a mesh mat, but it slides a little on my floor. Ohh, & the middle console is a corded control that pops out. I didn't even notice this great feature for the first 2 weeks.
