I purchased 2 of these fixtures for my walk-in shower. Everything is constructed of brass except the hand wand (which would be very heavy if it was). The fixture has very few instructions, but stickers on the valve body make it relatively simple to figure out. The wand has 4 different types of sprays. Both valves on each fixture have a clean, tight, crisp feel to them 2 weeks after use.What set this purchase off to me was the customer service. One of the packages was missing the handles for that valve body. I emailed them 3 weeks after purchasing it the fixture (due to construction taking it's time to get that far), and they IMMEDIATELY followed up with an email asking for what parts. We went back and forth with descriptions for a bit, and they then shipped me an assortment to make sure that I had the correct parts FOR FREE. So... I can't help but give them a solid 5 star review and strongly recommend them.

We installed this faucet set with our recent bathroom remodel. I was nervous about buying from Amazon, but it's been a few weeks and so far we've been pleased. The brushed nickel finish is nice and smooth, as expected. The 12" rain shower is MASSIVE, maybe even too big, but it works great. With the included diverter, you can use both the handheld and the overhead at the same time. The instructions were fairly straightforward and installation was simple (even for a DIYer like me). I'm giving it 5 stars for now and will update if I have any issues with longevity on this faucet set.

Very nice for the price! It did arrive missing one piece but the seller quickly shipped a replacement- good communication and customer service!The rainfall shower head is huge so water falls very softly- this took some getting used to but now I love it. The handheld shower is powerful with multiple settings if you need more pressure than rainfall gives. Also makes cleaning shower easy!I highly recommend this shower and am very pleased with the purchase.

do not really know if the product is good or bad. All I know is that mine came missing a small part and I sent a note to the seller today and have not heard back. The faucet looks good, but without the part I can't get it installed.

The shower system looks great but don’t buy this because this will cause you a huge headache. After installation, we had water hammer issue. Any faucet/toilet we used, there were huge water banging noises. We had to remove the system and redo the whole plumbing. it had a faulty valve which was making noises. Nightmare!

The mixer Valves don’t work, bought 2 of them, can’t get water to go threw, but it does look nice

I installed the shower system, and it looks great. But, something is wrong with the valve: cold water does not run, sometimes at all, and sometimes it would just leak a little bit, more like few drops. Hot water runs well.I don’t know if this is related to the cold water issue, but when I pull the shower faucet handle to turn it on, I can hear sound like banging. It looks like it is faulty shower valve that makes the noise.Is it possible to repair this valve? As I already finished the wall, the backer board as well as the tiles, I would prefer to repair it. If it is the valve cartridge that failed, can it be replaced?This valve issue is a big disappointment, as the shower system looks great, but I still can not use it. I emailed to: [email protected] as this email address was specified in the papers that came with the shower valve. After one week I didn't get any response from the seller. Obviously they DO NOT honour the warranty.I would NOT recommend this product as well as this seller.

The valve leaked from the cold water inlet, and the plumber used a variety of methods to solve the leak. Email the seller and have not received a reply. Disappointed.

the sealing part came without the cover to put on it . So I hade to install straight on drywall.
