Great value and good products. It’s made working out at home so much easier. Definitely the best value for products.

The only complaints I have about the exercise ball is that the pump given to blow up the ball didn't do a very good job and the directions were not very clear-cut. I guess I'm just the type of person that needs precise instructions. Other than that, I am happy with the other items that were received.

High quality merchandise with a lot of added extras. A helpful video was also sent to help direct and guide.The merchandise arrived in a timely manner. I would highly suggest!

Everything arrived as stated however, there were no instructions on how to set this system up? There was a card that says “Just ask Alan” with no link or phone number? I didn’t receive the instructional video.

I returned it because overall it’s not great quality. The jump rope is truly the cheapest on the market really you won’t be able to use it. I was mostly interested in the ball base which is also on the lower quality side. This might be fine for somebody first time out but I would recommend if you want each of these pieces by better quality separately.

Who are these people giving this product a great review? This product sucks!!! There are no instructions/ direction for setting up and how the product should be used. The resistance bands are “flimsy” and won’t stay put. I could go on negativity but I won’t. Wish I could give this product 0 stars.

Product is great and it was delivered 4 days earlier than projected. The instructional video is great along with the chart are both tremendous help.

I love this thing. it will move in the base a little but it actually helps because it causes you to use muscles to keep it steady ( only like a qtr inch movement) The restraints are nice an attach easily. Its been a fun product.
