Product hard to replace when defffective
The problem with this phone is the responsiveness of the Manufacturer when it has problems. I have emailed two contacts at inewphone.com and so far have not received any response and I am afraid that the warranty will expire soon and I will not be able to replace it.The phone simply quit working after freezing up on start screen.I hope I will be contacted by someone before the warranty expires :(
