What can I say, they are snails
Whip up some garlic and parsley butter, get on ebay and get yourself some escargot crockery (perhaps do that first so your butter doesn't go off). Then wack these bad boys in the oven with large dollops of said butter, and serve with bread. Stay away from other people for 24 to 48 hours, depending on your dentail hygiene thoroughness.Good snails, not crunchy or slimey or anything, just good snails. Treat them right.

At the time of writing this listing does not include the ingredients, and yet the sellers other listings for escargot show which include garlic and which do not. I thought it was a legal requirement to clearly show the ingredients
