Great Buy!π One size fits all types of cast, splint and/or boot! π
So my mother broke her left fibula 6 weeks after having a stroke which caused left side neglect (some of it coming back though!)and therefore her physical therapist suggested we use this due to her being unable to bear weight on it for 6+ weeks. The therapist says She never tried the "sling" however, she had a different (and way more expensive) hard semi-circle attachment to the walker. It was fine except when she got into a boot it was too small to hold the boot.We ordered this and it works great! Especially one size fits all when she transitioned from a splint to a cast and now a boot. The only con was that the straps rubbed the walkers folding hinge and broke the threaded strap. Thankfully my mother was in the hallway when this happened and therefore able to catch herself before she hit the ground, so watch the ware on the straps, so u or ur family member don't cause anymore injuries! Otherwise this was a great money saver, and worked well for our needs! Happy Healing!π

The sling worked for me very well.
I had shattered my ankle, had surgery on it, and spent weeks in a rehab facility and was finally able to walk with my left leg in the sling on my walker. I was "too old" for a scooter, but this made me able to be mobile until I was able to graduate to a rollator. I was also grieving my recently deceased husband of 56 years through all of this, and so the sling was one of the few pluses of that period of time.

Product limitations
The product appears ok in concept but the material is slippery and so the leg you are trying to support slides in it - adding foam helped a little but anyone purchasing this should understand that you will be putting all your body weight on your other leg while trying to maneuver the walker slowly - this proved to be an issue especially on uneven surfaces, so the product wasn't as effective as hoped, but buyers should assess their own individual needs and strengths.

Not as good as I'd hoped
I was non weight bearing last year with multiple fractures on one side. In Rehab they had something similarand I thought I'd try one at home. But it was awkward and not easy to use. My home physical therapist triedadjusting it over and over but finally we both decided it was easier for me to just hop. Great idea but somehowdid not work for me.

Not worth the money - sorry.
I had surgery on my achilles which required me to be non weight bearing for 4 weeks. I bought the sling hoping it would help support my leg since it was very difficult to hop around on the walker and keep my leg from touching the floor. I thought the sling would be helpful as I progressed in my recovery and could stand and sling my leg to remove pressure. The sling worked 'okay' but wasn't very secure and there was no way you could put your leg in the sling and walk. That was my goal when I was more mobile I needed to use the walker daily and sometimes a pretty decent distance (like doctor office or hospital visit) and it was tiresome to hop along and move the walker. The sling was best used at a resting stance. It was expensive and I considered returning it since I really couldn't use it but the return postage and the company's restock was pretty excessive so I will sell it on Craig's list.

A MUST HAVE!
If you use a walker and can use both feet you might not need this. BUT if you can only use one foot it is extremely hard on your shoulders. This is a life saver. Instead of "hopping" along on one foot you can push your way to your destination. With crutches you run the risk of losing hour balance and landing on the bad foot. If you have foot surgery and only have the use of one foot, this is the one thing you need. You won't have to worry about accidentally using the bad foot. I can't stress how incredibly much easier this is. I couldn't stand on my right foot for 2 weeks. This sling made it tolerable.

This Knee Sling works!
I have an upcoming foot surgery and needed something that allows me to get around... seems I cant manage crutches, or the knee walker, or a walker alone... but attaching this sling, I am able to walk around using my walker with ease. Very comfortable. I am a 72 year old, overweight female that had both knees replaced 10 years ago and it works great for me.

Works great
Works great. Allows me to get around safely. I can get it in and out of the car by myself and much safer than crutches
