Okay bag with some issues
Not great.Good size and I've had no complaints about cold food.However, the bag is difficult to close properly since the velcro bits are quite flimsy. A zipper might have been a better option.Also, the bag tends to collapse on itself unless it's completely full (which it almost never will be unless you're delivering like 7 pizzas at once). I'm thinking of trying to reinforce the sides with some cardboard or even insulation board.If I could go back I'd buy something else even if it meant spending a bit more.

A GOOD PRODUCT FOR UBER
UBER DELIVERY BAGS ARE MORE EXPENSIVE THAN THIS BAG, I SPENT A LOT OF MONEY ON UBER BAGS BUT I WAS NOT SATISFIED, FINALLY, THIS BAG MAKES ME PERFECT AND COMFORTABLE. HOWEVER, IT NEED SOME MODIFICATION TO SUPPORT THE SIDEWALL AND PARTITION. FINALLY, I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THIS BAG THAN THE UBER BAGS.

Great budget bag!
I purchased this as a spare bag, unfortunately it isn't very ridged so I had to add some thick cardboard inside to support the structure, after this slight mod the bag is great and holds the heat really well!
