Unlock the magic of tarot with this beautifully illustrated book and card deck. The easy-to-use book explains how to interpret the cards in simple terms that you will find quick to remember and then put into practice in a reading The Tarot has a 500-year history and most Western and Eastern cultures have created their own unique decks. The cards in this set, exquisitely illustrated by artist Emma Garner, express the rich imagery and symbols of the Tarot in a way that is both stunning and immediate. There are eight different card arrangements to try laying out, plus essential information on timing a reading; this is often omitted in Tarot instruction guides, even though the first question asked of a Tarot reader is often "When will these events happen?". Particular attention is also paid to interpreting the "people" or Court cards of the Minor Arcana, as these are often stumbling blocks for the new reader. Armed with the knowledge in this book, the reader will be able to make sense of a complete reading for him or herself or a friend, and use these inspiring cards to solve problems, identify opportunities, and ultimately divine the future. Review: Nice, basic tarot cards - This is an average set of tarot cards. Nothing too plain, but not too fancy either. The box to keep them in until i buy an appropriate bag is sturdy. The little bookket to help with layouts and interpreting is nice to have on hand. Review: Good product - Good product, I like it.

Nice Marseille style deck
You rarely go wrong with Liz Dean. She's created a lovely Renaissance styled deck in the Marseille tradition that came out of 15th century Italy. Therefore, it's a pip deck with Justice and Strength in their original positions. (Yes, dear, Justice was at 8 and Strength was at 11 for about 450 years before the Waite-Smith deck.) The images are nice, even if the borders are a bit too wide. Card stock is average and the guide book is short but concise.

Ok
Cards are somewhat big and a little hard to shuffle. Not great quality. I used on occasion but would not buy again.

Deck of the whimsical confused & flimsy
Useless deck. This is a waste of money. The concept is okay. The cards are flimsy and the Justice and Strength are transposed. The Justice is ALWAYS 11 (XI) & strength ALWAYS 8(VIII)

Flimsy deck with low quality images
I wanted a learner's tarot deck with simpler imagery then the Rider Waite but I expected the pictures to at least have clear lines and the cards to be more than just thin cardboard. The two stars are because I actually liked the book that comes with it. Well organized and to the point with simple explanations for a neophyte, but the deck itself is just not worth it. There are better decks out there in the $20 range. Don't recommend it

Beautiful deck
Beautiful deck! The only thing I wish the back of the deck didn’t tell you if the card was reversed or upright. But other than that it’s a really great deck! And the guide is very straight to the point which is good for me!

Baralho MARAVILHOSO!
Baralho MARAVILHOSO! Fiquei chocada com a beleza e a qualidade do deck, as cartas são fininhas mas de boa qualidade. A arte é LINDA, eu super me identifiquei... A embalagem super caprichada, papelão bem duro, de boa qualidade, as cartas ficam mto bem guardadas... Amei!

Simple and compact
I like the handbook, hard cover box, the design and feel of the cards but unfortunately, the cards are very thin and can be easily torn and not durable. I hope they will produce better quality of cards in the future.
