Excellent book on Pates and Terrines

Good quality book but let down by poor delivery. It arrived a day later than it should have and was just left on the doorstep. No ring of the doorbell, no knock, nothing. Still, love the book though!

Delightful book. Real old fashioned quality food

Half this book is for the those who like to potter around the kitchen trying new stuff and the other half is for the fanatic.
