It okay.
The product itself was fine. The adhesive didn't adhere as well as I would like. It's fine now and looks great. I also had issues with the tools that came with it. It didn't come with the prying tool that was advertised. It did have one but it was the guitar pick which I didn't want. I bought it from this seller specifically for that prying tool. So I told them that I wanted it resent. So I sent it back and they sent another one but the new one had the guitar pick to. After that I just said forget it and fixed the phone.

Perfect fit for my Verizon Note 5
It arrived in a solid box. There was a handy steel tool, but I used a guitar pick. The back fit perfectly. The adhesive is attached to the peel off plastic, and you have to be super careful when separating the glue strip so it will mainting it's shape, but, so far so good, looks like new. I got the blue color and it looks nice but of course it goes in a protective case so I actually don't se it....

Did not send spludger in picture, this one I got, is not as good.
You advertised a different spludger then the one you sent. The one you pictured looks much higher quality then the one you sent. The one pictured looked rigid and the one you sent is flimsy. I picked your product for the tools that you were gonna send. I guess I picked the wrong one.

Back Glass - Galaxy Note 5
I ruined the back glass (not patient enough) when replacing battery. I did not use the adhesive - seemed to stick well without it, plus it's in a case and you can't really see it. Liked the color.

Cheap and good quality
