Colour Name:Silver Operation 1. Insert 4 new AAA alkaline batteries and close. Always leave the unit on the separate stand to keep the batteries dry. 2. Twist the top cap and open. Fill the tank with the liquid soap or sanitizer of your choice. Be careful not to overfill above 80%. Close the top cap by twisting and locking. 3. Press the +button on the top for 3 seconds to turn unit on (The blue light blinks when unit is on). If you wish to turn it off, press the - button for a further 3 seconds. 4. The first time you use the unit open and close the lid to let any air bubbles escape. Place your hand underneath the pump to dispense soap. Safety Instructions *Please keep the surface of the unit clean. Wipe the body with mop regularly to avoid long-term corrosion upon the unit. *Store manual in a safe place for future reference. *Do not expose electronics under any circumstances. Do not attempt to repair the unit. *Do not wash the dispenser. Wipe clean with a damp cloth. *Avoid direct sunlight to the infrared panel. *BE CAREFUL NOT TO OVERFILL ABOVE 80%

Works well
Good product, good way to avoid dirty hands on a soap dispenser. Easy to fill and set up. Sufficiently durable and looks good. Only downside is that I would like to be able to choose a smaller volume of soap dispensed and the +\- buttons don't seem to make much change in the volume.

Stopped working
This item was delivered 16 December 2018. I have been pleased with it but it stopped working on 16 April 2019

Malfunctioned, leaking
Used it for a week and then started to leak from the bottom and caused an inconvenience every night as , I had to wipe the entire surfer were its as kept

No stars should be an option and found that there is no way to return this failing device. Do not buy

Stopped working
Unfortunately the product stopped working after about 3 weeks. Extremely disappointed

Failed to deliver soap.
Bought this product in November 18,Now in April 19 it fails to deliver soap, motor runs, changed the batteries several times still nothing.
