Gets clothes clean, takes time, needs improvement in areas.
A nice machine, gets clothes clean. I wish there was a better way to fill it. The hose doesn't work. Maybe someone out there would make a machine that would make filling it easier, that you could spin out the water in the washing area, make it more like a regular washing machine only smaller.

Paid for itself in no time
I love it. I am so happy to be able to do laundry in my small place. It spins dry so well my clothes are only damp when finished and are completely dry by the next day. I can wash most things in it and save time and money instead of dragging everything to the laundromat.

Doesn't Turn On - Seller Playing Games With Return Request
While the spinner side of this machine works, the washing side won't even turn on. I requested to return the item and received an email saying the return was accepted and I could print the return label and take it to any "convenient location" to return it. After taking it to FedEx, I was told I had to take it to UPS. After taking it to UPS, I was told I had to call an 800 number and arrange to have it picked up at my home. When I called to have it picked up, I was told they don't do pick-ups and I had to take it into one of their stores. So, due to the run around, I called Amazon and was told that the seller hadn't approved the return. (Even though I received an email stating they had.) I then get an email from the seller stating they want a video of the machine not turning on before I can return it. So, we take a short video of the dials being turned on and off to demonstrate that the spinner/dryer turns on but the washing side doesn't. Then it won't email as the videos is 64.1 MB and our email will only let us send 20 MB. So, we try to upload it at their link... it only allows 10 MB. So, I send a message explaining the situation and ask how we are supposed to send a video. I also tell them that I am so frustrated with this process that I have no intention of buying a replacement from them. They respond by saying simply "email the video" without an explanation of how you get a video emailed if the provider doesn't allow more than 20 MB. And they tell me they want to exchange it for another one instead of doing a return. Did they even read my message? I'm so fed up with this useless piece of junk!!

Great item, does the job!
I love this washer/dryer! It does the job, especially for the price!PROS: Small, efficient, quick. Does not require a special outlet or water source.CONS: Water is only as hot as your sink water, you fill the bin or find an attachment (not included) for the sink. Therefore, it becomes a bit messy! The 'dryer', gets the clothes pretty dry! However, between the washer and the dryer, the clothes are pretty wrinkled regardless of how few items you place in the bin. I purchased a steamer to combat the wrinkles and the two pair nicely. This saves me time from going to the laundry mat and exposing myself during COVID. I LOVE it!

MUST have for apts with no washer or dryer
It’s literally the best!! I would recommend getting the extended accessories because you’ll need it . And like a drying rack or something so it can be 100% dry since there is no heated dryer .It’s light weight and washes clothes like nobodies business ! I live in a studio and it was the BEST thing bc i hated spending money on laundry

So far so good :)
We bought this because we didn’t want to be going to our local laundromat during COVID-19 outbreak. I did a few loads yesterday and am very happy with how everything had turned out. I even washed a sweatshirt and pair of jeans. I did spin those heavier items by themselves. The hose was a little annoying holding up to the sink so we just used our utility bucket to fill the wash side of the machine. The drain is gravity dependent, so it did take a while to fully drain. Also, the instructions recommend not storing in your bathroom (because of the large amounts of steam could break it). So we’re storing in the kitchen.

Love it! Mostly.
I love how much laundry I can do, it’s pretty small and not to heavy so it’s easy to store. It’s not to loud at all which is a plus. I would say get something for it to stand out so it can drain. Also, I have to use a bucket to pour water into it, because that hose attachment is HORRIBLE. That was probably the only disappointment I had. The air drier thing works pretty great. A lot of my clothes came out all the way dry, some came out damper. But nothing a hanging by a heater over night couldn’t fix. ☺️ Overall I’m super happy with this machine. Saves money, and it’s convenient.

My tenant loves it!
I have a small, one-bedroom cottage that is currently rented out to a Hurricane Michael victim. He needed a way to wash clothes, and there is no room in the tiny space for a washer, much less a washer and dryer. He researched online, found this one, and asked me to order it for him. He is thrilled with it! It is small enough to store in the closet, and light enough that he can carry it to the sink or shower for use. He has been a very happy camper since it arrived! Funny how, after losing everything, you suddenly learn to appreciate the small stuff.
