Ball & Cast Three Shelf End Table - Distressed Brown

I purchased an Ashley coffee table, in the Mestler design and I loved it. I decided to purchase the end tables to go with it but had a horrible time finding them in stock anywhere. I finally ordered them from another website but they were on backorder. Over 30 days later, they sent me an email saying they shipped. Ten days later I checked the website and it said they had been delivered but they had not. I called customer service and was told they were not actually sent and were in fact on backorder AGAIN for another month or so! I cancelled the order and went searching again to find them in stock somewhere but they weren't. I found these lookalikes on Amazon and after weighing the odds of me ever being able to complete my Ashley set, I bought two of these tables. I was a little nervous about what to expect and hoped I wouldn't have to send them back. The first great thing was the price- much lower than Ashley. The second great thing was that they arrived in just 2 days (after waiting months, this was like a miracle!). And finally- they are pretty nice tables and I can totally live with them. They are not exactly the same as my coffee table but it is very hard to tell and I don't think anyone would ever notice if they didn't know they were two different brands. They were very easy to put together and they seem pretty sturdy. I bought the table listed here as well as the squarish one. This one is a slightly lighter brown but again, not noticeable unless I put it right next to the original. Otherwise, it is perfect. The squarish one has a couple of loose slats on the bottom which is a bummer but not a deal breaker. It was easy to put together and the slats can easily be glued down with some wood glue. I am very happy with this purchase and am thrilled to finally have my set complete. If you are looking for a piece to go with your Ashley Mestler, this may work for you as well. They feel good and solid, not at all like what I had feared for the price. Great deal!

I now have 4 of these end tables (purchased 2, then 1 and then 1 again) and love them! Easy to assemble, sturdy, pleasing to the eye and very easy to fit in a small living room. 2 bookend a sofa and 2 more sit between pairs of chairs so guests (when next we can) all have a place to rest a beverage. I've gotten away from dark furniture and while these are 'brown' the shelving planks are all different colors - very gray'ish to blue and it actually works well!

A few years back we purchased several pieces from the Ashley Mestler Collection, including the end table. We now felt the need for another end table, and that collection has been discontinued. pieces are difficult to fine and very expensive if you do. I purchased this one and although it's not an exact match it's close, I'm happy with it for the price.

I purchased this expecting some flimsy end table I would need to replace in about a year. I do not believe this is the case. This sucker is sturdy and will likely last quite a while! It took me about 10 minutes to put together. I was looking for something with storage, but I loved the uniqueness of this table. So, I plan to put a wicker basket of some kind on the upper shelf to store remotes and other odds and ends. No complaints so far - definitely would recommend this product!

Sturdy little table and love the beachy colors. I would have given it 5 stars, but some of the holes didn’t line up well when trying to put it together, so that was a problem. Otherwise, it seems like it will hold up well at our beach house where it will probably take a beating from all the different visitors. It’s easy to wipe off and doesn’t seem to scratch or show stains. I love the colors too. Gives it a beachy rustic feel.

This table is almost identical to one by Ashley that I had purchased earlier from Amazon but this one is much better quality and had no cracks, scratches or flaws like the Ashley version.

I had to use a wooden file to file enough so the screws would lineup enough to catch the thread. I bought two tables and one of them was so off that the assembly took way longer than need be. One of the tables they sent the wrong size Allen wrench so I had to bust out more tools to finish the assembly. Once together the tables are sturdy enough and look nice but I should’ve gone with the $184 version from Ashley so I could’ve saved the two hour assembly time

I shopped for over a month for a side table. I checked many stores that I go to often and nothing compared to the quality and price of this table. It was a little more than I wanted to spend, but the quality is excellent and I am very happy with it! Easy to assemble also.
