The variety of wine recipes is great! Easy to follow and taste wonderful!

Very good recipes and lots of detail. I'm just a beginner wine maker but the book spells out a lot of things that confuse me. Wish it was printed better so that it didn't get destroyed while I'm winemaking.

I have made two of the recipes and plan to make 6 more. They are one gallon recipes that you have to multiple if you want more. They are very simple recipes to follow and I found all the juices or concentrates at the grocery and the supplies needed at our local brew store or can order from Amazon. Be aware that homemade wines are suggested to be aged anywhere from 3 to 12 months depending on the recipe, so no quick gratification.

My brother-in-law got this book & I seen it /read it at his house wanted to try some of the recipes so brought my own book
