NET10 Bring Your Own Phone Activation Kit

I purchased this to switch my Net10 service onto an unlocked at&t Iphone. The kit comes with ALL versions of Sim cards for all the carriers.The sim card worked just as it should. However, I already knew through research that if I wanted my MMS (picture messaging) to work, I would have to use the trick that I saw on the internet (the apn for iphones that net10 gives you , usually does not work) in which you have to follow some steps in which you switch out the sim card, and install an inactive Tmoblle sim momentarily, enter a new apn (it is a few more steps than that,but you get the gist). This kit has the tmobile sim in it as well, saving the trouble of finding that at a seperate cost. (it worked like a charm btw). So it is all good. I like net10 and the price and no contract, but because they have minimal tech support and their customer service team is not terribly knowledgible outside of a narrow scope,you do have to use some internel research occassionally.

The kit has everything you need for gsm, but not CDMA verizon. You will have to call net10 and they send you the verizon sim. It does contain the network card that you will have to have BEFORE net10 will send the Verizon chip to you. So, it's painfully slow if you have lost your phone. Your going to be without a phone for a while :/

Sim numbers couldn’t be found website was messed up for programming on your own which I know how too do. Then net 10 tech support couldn’t find the sim number and tried saying my new iPhone didn’t exist but my old SIM card from my other phone worked in my new phone ,don’t get another sim package from net 10 until they get their **** together wish I could return

This was nice. Inexpensive, came quick, worked perfectly. Came with different sized cards for different phones. Could be used for multiple phones, if they all used the different types of sim cards.

this does not work for sprint galaxy phone with sim card.

I am a current Net10 customer with a Net10 bought phone and wanted to upgrade to an unlocked phone I bought on Amazon. I followed the instructions and went online to complete the activation and number/service transfer (current customers on net10wireless website). It said the transfer would be completed in a few hours (but could take up to 2 business days) and the old phone would work until the transfer was done. The old phone stopped working about an hour later and the new phone was active. Tracfone (Net10 parent) texts you the Install for the APN settings, which worked great. So far I am really pleased with the kit and the ease of transfer. I would recommend.

After going online to make sure my Verizon phone was compatible, I bought the kit, wasted 3 days calling back and forth to have my number transferred to Net10. After so much frustration, I gave up on getting my number transferred, and NOW Net10 tells me my phone is not compatible. DO NOT BUY!!! What a waste of money, but more so WASTE OF TIME....

Great product, great price! Easy to install instructions. I was able to complete process online myself. (I'm not exactly computer saavy).
