Good for taking distance picture

This is the second time I purchased this item because the first one broke. It works well and I loved it until the device that holds the iPhone in place just snapped. I glued it together with crazy glue and ordered this second one so I would not be without the device that connects the phone to the tripod. Also when I got the first kit in the mail the tripod was broken. I never asked for my money back because I really only interested in the device that connected the iPhone to the tripod and I already have a tripod.

Best $20 I've spent in a while. iPhone 6 Plus 8X telephoto lens with custom phone case and universal mini-tripod. Lens is only about 3" long, mounts to the phone's camera lens by being screwed into a brass phalange on the accompanying phone case. Gives very close to DLSR camera quality photos without having to tote around a bulky camera. Can be used simultaneously with phone camera filters, app filters, and phone's on-board zoom and other settings. Manual zoom ring to focus for absolute clarity. Need a steady hand or the tripod for best results. Great value for the money. Have taken some photos which turned out great, but I bought this for concert photos, and I'll update this review by posting some concert pics in a month. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I bought this for my wife as a Valentines day gift mostly so she could take closer pictures of he avian friends in our yard. I didn't expect a lot because the price is pretty modest - especially when we're talking optics, lower prices definitely means lower quality. BUT, not this product. The quality is very good and the telephoto works fantastic. It fits the new iPhone 6+ perfectly and the accompanying tripod is sturdy enough to easily handle the phone. The tripod has telescoping legs to extend it's height. It also has an adjustable top so the iPhone can be tilted in various angles.The only negative to this product is that the iPhone must use the included case. The case has a place where the telephoto lens screws into (you can see it in the product pictures) which means that if you already have a case on your iPhone 6+ (which you should if you're clumsy like me) you'll have to take your case off, put on the camera case and then reverse it when you're done taking pictures which is really a pain. Could you use the included case as your main case - absolutely. You'll just want to like a white ridged case with a slight raised area where the telephoto lens attaches.

It's okay. Takes decent pics but not what I was expecting. You definetly have to use the tripod to take pics because if your had is even a little shaky it ruins the whole pic.

I've had a few of these lenses over the past years and highly recommend them. Handy enough to carry the lens and case in my purse/backpack anywhere. The quality of the photos is very good. People are always amazed at the photos I manage to capture. It's also super convenient for travelling.

BAD quality all around.One leg from the tripod immediately snapped off upon first attempt to open it carefully and slowly. Extremely cheaply made,The lens itself is not good quality. The only clear part of the image is the direct center, there is a heavy blur around all the edges that makes the photo unusable unless you crop out half the image.The photo attached was taken using an iPhone 6s Plus in broad daylight using a different tripod with a remote. It was perfectly still when taken so motion blur is not the answer.You might think this is a good deal for $20 but I would recommend spending a little extra money and getting something that will actually work and is of better quality for $30-$50. Returned this kit the same day I received it.

I just bought this product for my iPhone. It latches on well with the attached case. The issue I have is that the zoom focus takes a while to get a clear shot. I tried to take pictures of my 6 and 8 year old and could not get them to stand still while the lense takes its time to zoom on them. Although it looks good, I wish the manufacturers would find a better way of stabilizing to capture images. I hope this makes sense

Very interesting piece of gear that does exactly what it claims to do and does it better than I had inagined it could. The parts are a bit clunky, though the flannel carry bag is good. The clunkiness means I don't carry it with me often enough, and the part that replaces your phone cover isn't of sufficient protective quality to leave it on your phone all the time. Still, good value for your money and it really does the job when attached!

Cannot fault the amazing customer service. Had to exchange a gift over the Christmas period. I had a response to my email instantly and a solution to the problem instantly. Nothing was too much trouble. Received the replacement gift a couple of days later. Would definitely use again and would recommend to others . Thank you once again

Once opened the Amazon wrapper contained a sturdy box to keep the Lense in. This box contained a phone case that has a thread round the optical area of the phone. This fitted my phone perfectly. The telephoto lense was easy to screw in and works well. There was also a pouch to keep the gizmo in. It had two lense caps a cleaning cloth and a tripod, which looks good quality. The holder And tripod to can be used with out the telephoto lense for normal useOver all I would recommendNegative points only fits iPhone 6plus as special phone case.Have had to remove my WOLVES phone cover ☹️
