Awesome! Highly recommend
My husband loves them. He gets a major pump and workout with these. His forearms are looking huge. It's a great set and quality. His dad and Brother already ordered them after trying.ter trying.

Good Product
Great for improving your grip. Only draw back is the grip checkering is a little aggressive and hard on your hands. This cost them a star.

Well made and a convenient work out.
Good quality. My son had an adjustable hand grip but it broke. This set appears to be well made. The set starts at 100 which is not an easy squeeze. I got a set for my husband and son and they like them very much.

Very sturdy material. I prob buy the 50lb now since I can barely do the 100lb efficiently

Hand Grip exercise with hand grips.
Been working with these hand grips once a week for some time and my hand strength is improving considerably. I have heard professionals say once a week is about right. Start with the light grip, 50 lbs., and do a couple of sets and move up to 100 lb. grip and do the same then move up to the 150 lb. handgrip and a few sets. I did not use the 200 lb. hand grip for some time, as not ready. I still only try to close it to see how much work I still have before I can close it. This improves weekly to a little more. I currently have about a quarter inch left before I close the 200 lb. handgrip. Being 77, I think I am doing well. I think If I close the 200 lb. handgrip I will not press my luck to go higher. I hear there are just a hand full of professionals that can close the 300+ handgrips.

Accurate weights
I just got these. I want to say the weights seem accurate. I have the captains of crush 100 lb and it is about the same as the 100 lb in this set (can close several times). I cannot close the 150 lb in this set yet and can close the cheapo plastic adjustable one on its highest setting (132 lbs) multiple times. I think it's a good buy unless you are he-man. I'll update if I experience any problems.

Hand grips set
These are well made and pretty tough to use. It took a while to build up to several sets.
