Love everything about it except it came with just a little tag that only said to "push the suction valve toward the mouth piece with a flat object to ensure no leakage" with no other directions or description of how to do it or where the valve was located which is probably why mine leaks EDIT TO ADD: I CONTACTED THE TRUE NORTH COMPANY just for instructions on how to make it not leak THEY WERE EXTREMELY RUDE NEEDLESS TO SAY THIS WILL BE MY LAST PURCHASE OF ANYTHING TRUE NORTH NOT WORTH THE EXPENSIVE PRICE TAG

I live in Texas, it's hot and the milk will stay cool for hours, even if we forget the sippy cup in the car.

This is great for putting in the backpack and going. It could dribble a little bit if the inner plastic piece isn't on correctly but this is a great cup. Would buy agian.
