will is fit a ruger lcr with lasermax?

It fits my Ruger LCR .357 with a LaserMax laser attached just fine. The .357 has the same dimensions as a .38. This holster fits either one perfectly with or without a LaserMax attached. See my review with photos dated 12/2/2016.

Will it work with a glock 23

No. Your trigger guard will be exposed. Glock 26 &27, yes. These will fit J frame revolvers and 'sub' compact semi-automatics. The exception would be the Ruger SP101 2.25" barrel which I do NOT put into the catagory of J frame but it works well in it. That combo is used in my car. Walther PPS, Glock 43 and similar sized subcompact semi's.. YES it fits. Stay safe.

will this holster my my charter arms 38 with 2in barrel?

Yes, it holds my ruger lcr and my ruger sp101 perfectly. Made for 2 inch barrel.
