Used this to accurately assess my husband's blood oxygen level. Gave me peace of mind.

Easy and quick to use

This little thing works ok and matches to one in my doctor's office. But the rubber cover falls off the bottom side when you open it to insert the finger. It comes with a nice lanyard and case, but why does it include a rubber cover that isn't designed to stay on?

It is convenient and cheap. But it seems slow.

I really like this product. It gives me peace of mind knowing I have it if I were to feel sick with COVID-like symptoms. I can use this device and tell my doctor my oxygen level readings. And, when I tried it out today, my readings were the same as the ones I get at my doctor's office - 99%. So, I feel assured that the device is accurate, along with being easy to use. And, an excellent price, for the consumer's wallet!

Hard to determineactual reading when the numbers keep changing.

I recently have been diagnosed with COPD and my need to know my oxygen level is very important. So I brought this to my doctors office to make sure it reads like the one they have, and it does. Now I can take my oxygen level so that I know exactly what it is and then I can either call for assistance or relax to get my oxygen level where it should be. This is a great tool for anyone needing this. It came with a great case so you can carry it with you, and also comes with 2 batteries. I suggest bringing it to your doctors to just make sure the same readings are coming out. Better to be safe than sorry. I love this product.

It’s ok to use for a back up but really does take a long time to register the reading and you must be pretty still or it could take longer. Takes sometimes up to two or three minutes on the fast side . Too long if you have a combative or anxious patient or young one that won’t stay still . As far as readings go seems accurate as soon as it registers a result reading the first couple of seconds after that every time I’ve taken it it drops to mid-low 80’s and this I know is wrong because when comparing readings with another pulse ox. It equals the first registered number this one gets in the first second or two , that is , once it finally reads it . But, then after that the number with this pulse ox. starts to drop and becomes an obvious false result. While the other pulse ox keeps the reading and holds it only fluctuating up or down a few points not 15 -20 plus points in a downward direction which unless you are looking at other symptoms /assessment cues it could really scare someone into believing that their oxygen level is very low . Would not recommend to a non clinician .

Very inconsistent, Ox level will jump around continuously.
