Padi - Open Water Crew Pack - Blue Log Book

I took a chance given the description and picture but it's exactly what I wanted and others in my class are getting it too. My teacher liked it also and said the price was good. This is a great starter pack for the new diver. The textbook is easy to read with lots of humorous commentary, frequent quizzes, and end-of-chapter tests. It also presents all of the information in an easy-to-read style that makes reading the book a pleasure. The included Recreational Dive Planner and instruction book are informative, easy to follow, and learn. I can't wait to complete my certification dives!

This book is an older version. Good for information purposes, but if you're getting certified the new PADI book is formatted differently, so you really can't use this one in a class.

Please note that this is NOT the CURRENT information from PADI. At the time of this writing, the current manual has a 2014 copyright. The manual shown with a picture on only the top half of the cover page has a 2012 copyright and is, therefore, out of date. The entire cover of the current manual has a picture of a diver on it.
