Really happy with this frame and consider it a great value.It looks sharp and thankfully had plenty of protection around it so it arrived undamaged. Twice I tried to buy another frame here on Amazon that is almost twice the price and both times it shipped in the product box instead of an Amazon shipping box. Both times the box ripped during shipping and the frame was damaged.This baby came in a large Amazon box that protected the frame.Regarding the scratches on the plexiglass: - The frame (received 7/4/2019) came with no scratches - I can confirm (as noted by others) on the newest frames the plexiglass has film on both sides to remove - To help clear the situation, a sticker on the plexiglass now notes that "both" sides of film should be removedI also want to note that I respect the fact that the manufacturer listened to their customers and adjusted the sticker to make it more clear.

I recently bought a bunch of art at a local festival, so I bought a bunch of different frames from different vendors. The was the best quality frame I got, and in hindsight I kind of wish I had bought more from this company. Frame was well packed and arrived in good shape.The only drawback is the glare on the frame "glass" (it's more like a plastic). It protects well, but be careful where you place it relative to lights; otherwise, it may be tough to see what's in it.

Second order of US Art frames on Amazon. Maybe a little more than I wanted to spend, but it’s an odd size and cheaper than specialty frame and looks great. Used on an old poster print that hasn’t been in a frame in over 20 years. I ordered Distressed grey color and love it because darker grey. Came faster than expected and very good packaging. Love it!!

This product is terrible! It arrived with 6 rows of 3 stamps all over the front of the plexiglass for a total of 18 stamps. I thought the stamps were printed on a protective sheet that peels off the plexiglass, but they’re actually printed on the plexiglass itself, covering the entire front of it, rendering it useless for framing the art I intended to put in it. The stamps are tiny triangles that look like recycling emblems. This was a $40 picture frame. $40 down the drain! It was also packaged very poorly with only 2 of the 4 corners protected. I cannot believe this.

Got this frame for a movie poster, didn't want to pay a bunch of money for a nice frame. This frame came and exceeded my expectations. Glad i bought this frame, and will look towards this company for my future frame needs

I order 10 of these frames. 5 of the frames arrived with the plexiglass completely scratched beyond use. I wonder about the thought process of the manufacturer of these frames. They placed a plastic film on only one side of the plexiglass. The side they choose to place it on was the inner facing side but not the outward-facing side which is more prone to being scratched.

Very happy with the frame. The size and quality was worth the money. I found the grey to be lighter than the photo by a few shades. I am still happy with it, it went well with my photo. The overall look of reclaimed wood was what I was looking for.

This flimsy frame is an absolute piece of trash. I have made countless purchases on Amazon over the past decade and I have never once written a review. Until now. This frame is WAY overpriced for what you are getting. It literally feels like cardboard stapled together and the bs flimsy piece of fiberglass is just sitting loosely inside. It’s junk. I could find a better frame at a dollar store. Worst part is it’s a Prime item but costs over $8 to return. It’s going back tomorrow. Back to Hobby Lobby I go.
