I have suffered from Willis-Ekbom Disease (AKA Restless Legs Syndrome [RLS]) for more than a decade. I take a prescription medication before bedtime for relief so I can sleep but the obvious side effect is drowsiness; thus, making this an impractical solution for early evening and daytime relief. Additionally, there are times when even the prescription is not enough to calm my legs at night. I have tried several home remedies and other non-prescription options to no avail. This product brings fast relief and allows me to sit comfortably for at least an hour sometimes more before I need to reapply. Though the relief is temporary, as there is no danger in over application, I would recommend this product to anyone with mild RLS for whom prescriptions are not yet an option or those with more severe symptoms for whom prescriptions are not always sufficient.

wow...I give reviews usually when U have extra time and mainly nothing to do but I had to share this. I am so grateful that this indeed works...been only 2 days since I received it but am truly impressed. I have been living with m.s for 19 yrs...Arthritis through out my body then RLS past 2 yrs. The rls has been horrible because I would get it anytime through the day...so I was not very convinced but still hoping...at first in was in so much pain. I wanted a miracle... To put on the motion and bqng be gone and it did take a little time but then it was gone..omg. I was so happy....then today the day progressed and no pain...WOW!!! As the night came in so did the pain...but I reached for the lotion and started rubbing on both legs and then In was fine in just a few minutes. I am so use go having pain I was very skeptical about this product but you can be sure it does work. So thank you Pure Valley for your product and thank you Amazon for selling it. Does NOT work for restless legs. I fact, I used it exactly as directed. My legs felt worse . Got warm and legs would not stop twitching.

With 2 kids I rarely get decent sleep and with my severe RLS, sleep is almost non existent. A friend of mine let me use some of her Pure Valley RL Cream during a movie night. I was so surprised at how fast it warmed my legs and soon enough I barely felt the tingling and need to keep my toes wiggling. I bought some for myself about a month ago. I use it every single night. 3 pumps for each leg, knee to toes! My legs get warm and I’m able to fall asleep almost immediately, as long as the babies are already asleep that is! This has changed things for me. I was so hesitant at first to try it. But now if I skip it at night I’m waking up in the middle of the night. So I just apply and back to sleep I go! I never leave reviews but this was worth leaving a review for. I love it. When I need more, you better believe I’ll be ordering more! Try it. You won’t regret it.

This crime has a very nice texture and pleasant smell. I bought this for restless leg syndrome, which I have had for a very long time. I do have medication, mirapax, which I had hoped to be able to taper off of. I was not able to use just this crime, the RLS started again right before I was ready to go to sleep. Sometimes even with medication, the RLS would start before trying to go to sleep, and needed to take something to stop it. This cream has helped with the symptoms not returning before sleeping.

I have found the product to work - although am wondering if any cream rubbed in vigorously would serve the purpose. The pump only worked for one night so I have to remove the cap and shake into my hand and it does not come out very easily.

Got this from Burlington Coat Factory on a whim for my mom who has the worst RLS. It keeps her up all night and is really painful. She started applying it every night before bed and she said it has helped her RLS tremendously. She said the pain from her RLS and the constant kicking has notably decreased, some nights she doesn't have it at all. She loved it so much she can't go without it now and begged me to buy it for her on here. She would recommend it to anyone who suffers with RLS.
