Love the pillow, it's amazing but I took out some of the filling and now the zip on the out case/cover won't close and can't seem to my anyway to contact the seller on line. All that said its the best pillow I have ever had and believe I be had a few ranging from £5-£80.

A great product; I tend to sleep in my stomach for periods, so it took me a few times to find the right thickness ( removing / adding the shredded memory foam) to and from the pillow, but I do feel I am sleeping more restfully now.It is a very comfortable pillow.Recommended.

I was very sceptical at first, I was going to buy the £90 memory foam pillow my partner swears by but I decided to give it a go for less than half the price, especially since there was a money back guarantee. When I first opened it and it sprang to life I couldn't understand how anyone had said theyd removed foam as it still seemed really flat and I like a big firm pillow, but after a few hours it was nice and plump. I have fibromyalgia and my last pillow (even though I tested it and spent considerable money on it (£70)) left me with neck pain after a few nights and wasn't returnable. After using this pillow now for a few weeks I can honestly say I've had a good night's sleep every night, it is very comfy. I had a small issue with the pillow so contacted the seller and they resolved the issue very quickly. I didn't feel it merited knocking a star off as its so comfy but the pillow is slightly smaller than the given measurements lengthways.

When it arrived, it seemed already quite soft compared to my previous similar pillows. Anyway It wa good enough for the first couple of months, but after that, it softened and I started to get pain. I would not buy it again, nor recommend.

The pillow was very firm and needed quite a lot of foam removing My husband suffers with a damaged neck and struggles to find a pillow that is comfortable- might need to take out extra foam , will give it a trial period for a while

I bought this pillow for my son as he suffers neck and back pain . My son saw a huge improvement in the severity of neck pain from the first night sleeping on it and he had the best sleep in ages . The pillow arrived in a compact box but once opened the pillow grew in size to a large pillow!! To achieve the pillow size you require you do have to take the filling out but once done it’s brilliant. Having tried many different pillows I would highly recommend this one.

I bought two of these pillows a few weeks ago and I was really surprised how soft and comfortable they are. Being able to remove the memory foam is a great feature and allows you to set the pillow height to your own preferences for extra comfort.The cover is also extremely soft and this definitely stops your head from getting too hot at night, my partner and I are already getting a better nights sleep from the great quality and adjust-ability that these pillows have to offer. Overall I would recommend these to anyone looking to get a better nights sleep, they are a great investment and are worth every penny.
