Cal 7 129mm Trucks with Wheels, Bearings, Hardware

Ordering and taking delivery went really really well. The parts were as described and had no defects or damage. I dont’t really like the wheels or the bearings. I tried differing levels or torque on the wheels/bearings to get them to spin more freely, but they just feel like mush on any non smooth surface. Inside my garage where the concrete is super smooth these wheels glide smoothly. As soon as I go to a more course pavement they are so slow and have so much rolling resistance. Just make sure you know what you are looking for in a wheel bearing combo. 99a along with the small/narrow dimension of the wheel dont make it ideal for street. I imagine these would be fine for a smooth ramp or smoothly paved skate park. If there is any texture in the surface you wont be going very fast at all just constant kick and push and no cruising at all.

-Two of my truck axles stems where very slightly bent, making it difficult to allow for any desired give for when the wheel is installed. This little issue makes problem with the bearings being caught within the axle stem. When attempting to remove the wheel, I must forcibly hit the caught bearing from the axle stem, making any installation, replacement or modification experiance painfull to watch.=The bushings were too soft for my liking so i chenged them out..=I have no complaints about the cheap hardware as they function normal as expected.=The bearings are manageable and do thier job as expected.=Shock absorbers were nothing to complain about.+ I like how light the trucks are+ The wheels are operational as expected, however i wouldnt reccomend them for skatepark use.. Great for street use+ I like how inexpensive the overall product is, also for its completeness.

For the price I’m not sure that you can beat this setup.The wheels definitely sound different than any others I have used and they have some grip to them.The hardware was standard.The trucks arrived slightly, and I mean almost unnoticeablely, bent, but they feel really solid and the bushings seem fine.I have yet to try the bearings but my first impression was that they wouldn’t do well. They spinner a couple rotations and stopped.But overall, this is a great kit for upgrading on a budget.

These are great! I was able to build my brother a cheap deck using this set up and it works as good or better then the set he has in his other board.

This kit was a good improvement over the bearings and trucks that came with the skateboard. Noticed my grandson had to adjust his beginning riding style after installing. Much better turns and speed without the effort.

Took him an afternoon to switch his old gear to this new set! He was happy that he can do it all by himself, daddy did give him a hand. His old board was really rusted and this give it a new life! Customer service was really helpful when he had a few question, they answered him quick! Such a great buy!
