- 📃 HOW-TO USE. This HIC Kit is used with any SCS/HIC-compatible fork, as well as a pair of Oversized pro scooter bars. To install, simply fit the shim over the top of the forktube, and tighten the compression bolt into the top of the fork until snug. Next, fit any double clamp onto your oversized bars, then fit your oversized bars onto the HIC Kit-fitted fork. Tighten the double clamp. That’s it!
