The headphones were to tight around my head. So I sent them back for a full refund.

I use these when recording video in the field and on my computer or listening to the TV late at night. They are lightweight so I can wear them all day. They are loud enough to clearly hear in noisy conditions. They also have a volume control on the wire so I can easily turn it down when i don't need it quite so loud. I can also offer a pair to someone else who can set the level to whatever volume they are comfortable with.I have no idea what the other reviewer is talking about regarding these being too tight. I have a big head, and these adjust to way beyond what I need.I tested many different brands and models of headphones, and these fit the bill for all the above listed factors. Koss also happens to have by far the loudest output, which is very helpful when monitoring un-amplified sources like the RCA outputs of a video recording device. Koss also makes a folding pair with an in-line volume control that I also use for the same reasons.
