iTouchless Squeeze Trash Compactor Garbage Can with Sensor Lid, Battery-Free Operation to Compact Waste from 13 to 20 gallon Capacity, Stainless Steel

When I first saw the box, I thought it was really small. The square design though makes it like a normal 13 gal trash can. The 4 D lid batteries are supposed to last for a year so I opted out of the power cord. I like how the lid opens and closes by itself. The only downfall I could find would be the compacting part. Don't look to crush a bunch of trash with it like a regular trash compactor would. But it is spring loaded so it returns back once you plunge the trash down. If you push too hard the lid will just pop off.

This product came as described. It was pretty easy to install the batteries, filter, and bag to get hibgs going. The handle that compresses needs to be assembled each time and we've discovered that part 4 keeps breaking off if you push it all the way down into the can. Also, the back end of the lid pops off when you compress, which is also annoying. Thus far, I'm not very impressed with the product.

Have only had one week, but loving thIs trash can! Looks nice and Tamping down Trash is easy. Haven’t had to remove the trash bag in 3 days. That was unheard of with our old trash can. No more anxiety over too many trash bags to fit in our outside can! Definitely recommend!

Would not open on the touch or if something g was near the sensor would not close autonatically

Did packing down of the trash is not good, you can do just as good by pushing it down with your hands or as my husband suggested “try using a toilet plunger”

The compactor does not push the garbage down I have to use my hand at times, I am not satisfied with the garbage compressor
