Stable, fast, long battery life.
Excellent performance. Stable on hills. Great battery life. Product description underestimated range. After 18 holes still has about 70% of full charge. Great price for a 25 volt lithium ion system. Lots of accessories included.

Remote is not replaceable when it breaks.
I have had the cart for three years. The remote has always been a little temperamental. Sometimes the left turn arrow will not work. Other times it has stopped working altogether in the middle of a round. Now there appears to be a problem with the on/off switch. I have changed the batteries multiple times and when I turn the switch to the on position and press any button the flashing red light does not flash. I have called the customer service number to see if I could order a new remote, but the model of cart currently sold was updated in 2021 so the new remote will not pair with the old carts and there are no remotes available. I can still use the cart using the buttons on the handle but this is not what I had in mind when I bought it.

Rugged but remote is junk
Cart goes through any terrain, as others say it’s hard to keep straight. I have to send it on an arc to get where I want. Remote is junk, I took it apart, has a cold solder joint somewhere. It now works after manually poking around but I’ll have to break out the soldering iron soon. Battery is great, I can easily get two rounds out of it. Haven’t tried pushing three. I also have to keep some cotter pins around as the wheel spring pins broke off.

Battery died after only a couple of rounds
This is a pile of junk. Started with not all the lights working on remote.Recharged battery after each round.Battery would not work after 3rd rounds. Wires were coming out of battery pack. Cart would not run even with charger showing full charge.Decided to use as push cart only for next round. Wheels made so much noise I boxed it up and sent it back.

After About 20 Rounds
I've no used the cart for about 20 rounds, each for 18 hole rounds. Battery performance has been fine, never an issue for 18 holes. An issue has surfaced that has me very concerned for the longevity of this unit. The upper bracket that supports the top of the golf bag than attaches to the upper main support continually looses the screws holding it on the main shaft. It came with compression nuts on the bolts but due to the vibration back and forth during a round, they came loose several times. I've included lock washers and reinstalled multiple times to this point. I'm not confident that this 4-5" bracket can sustain the stress it gets in every round and expect it to fail at some point.

Did not work
While the expectation was of a good reliable product from Callaway it was very disappointing that it did not work properly. The left wheel motor did not work so the cart went on circles all the time. I had to return it the refund took a long time. I could not get a replacement. Do t know why.

Difficult to maintain direction
The cart as shipped pulls to the left about 45 degrees. I adjusted it and it worked better, although your fingers will be sore from working the remote to keep it going straight. Has a wide wheel base that I thought would be good for traction, but the wheels slip on hilly, wet surfaces. I returned the cart.

A fix for the remote control problem.
I bought this in 2020 and play golf 3x a week. Had some issues, but otherwise a pretty decent product. Just to follow up on some other remarks on this forum, when my remote recently stopped working I brought it in to a UBREAKIFIX store and the guy fixed it the same day, no charge.
