The TG215TRGL is a single pole decorator guide light receptacle designed to be the safest outlet for your home. It features two outlets with National Electrical Code (NEC) compliant Tamper-Resistant shutters and a built-in guide light. The guidelight provides a dim light to help with navigation through hallways and stairways in the dark. The automatic sensor detects the amount of light in a room with precision, then it turns on the LED guide light when the light level in the room drops to 3.0 lumens, which is the approximate amount of light in your room when the sun has just dropped below the horizon. The output from the LED is a low, dim, white light that’s easy on the eyes, yet bright enough to conveniently guide your way.
